So….instead of this crap offense. Wouldn’t you think a more timing based offense would actually play more towards the personnel(Hurts and the WR). All about developing that in synchronized relationship between QB and WR. Ball gets in the air before the WR breaks. Unstoppable!!!! Don’t need that many 70 yard throws anyway

I think this is the offense that Hurts is best suited for...I think that's why Doug didn't want to play Hurts until he was forced to.... I think that's why he is no longer the coach after it was obvious behind the scenes that the previous QB was not coming back.   I think this is the offense that Hurts was running all offseason to where. " I ain't worried about the offense at all"    " at all"  was quoted by his team... the TEAM that chose him.... because this is what these inexperienced players think is good football... because none of them have NFL experience and this is what they think works.    This offense with this QB.

Right-college kids playing the familiar college offense rather than "graduating". Familiar is "easy"

I saw the defense play more inspired when Hurts was inserted. Players follow him. Believe in him. Sure he has his limitations. Guy looks good in the clutch though. Hates losing. Kind of guy if the opponent takes a cheap shot on him….guys will react all over our squad.

I just see a guy that does NOT have an NFL arm...and they need to run plays where he has limited reads.

I kind of think of him as a Blue Collar QB….whatever that means. Think he kind of fits this city mentality some. He might have physical limitations: not the biggest or strongest. But the guy puts in the work. No doubt in my mind he will always get better. Totally commited. 82 percent carrying the offense is too much to put on any beginning QB. I always thought a QB needed his running game and defense to look good. Young QBs even more. Russel Wilson looked so great early on with Beast Mode and The Legion of Boom.

Basically, you think of him as an underdog. A guy that you can't be disappointed with because your expectations are low.

Let’s pick and choose. Like he couldn’t have thrown all over Detroit!!!!! That was almost the one game the running game wasn’t really needed so much. Their Secondary would have been abused! Terrible broken team Detroit was. That was the real opportunity to pad the stats.

Lmao so why can’t he throw for the 3 qtrs before the 4th stats need context so yea I’ll pick and choose do for all players…. A garbage time TD to pad your stats or add yards are meaningless stats

Really in that 1-4 finish lmao really inspired could it have been because we beat a Drew Breesless Saints and a team that didn’t know what to expect from Hurts at the time….you love to just make things up in your head don’t you lol

See this is the difference between us I don’t care about the baseline stat I credited Hurts for what he did against Detroit don’t have biased like you… He made the throws he needed was something around 5/5 on his intermediate throws. So the fact he only threw for 100 yards doesn’t bother me because we the ball.

But I also don’t blame everyone and everything around Hurts when he is dread awful which has been a lot this season.

Multiple teams offered three first round picks and two third round picks for Watson..

Maan it's Pass...Passs, Passs....WTF....1 run... 7'pass attempts....to be fair the Chargers are expecting run but Dammit run the ball..😤😤

WMaddox is back in the locker with a knee injury no further updates .

I mean when you have a team with a depleted secondary the game plan should be attack the weakness… Chargers are missing there top CBs… 3 runs 6 passes have to sustain drives also doesn’t help when we are staying in 3rd and longs

For a guy many said was finished washed Howard seems to be hard carry this offense on his back this drive

I had read a stat earlier in the week that the Chargers had the 30th ranked run D...guess we can choose how to punish them...Couple nice runs by Howard.

Oh that "other RB" I wanted on the roster scores (yet again). Now get me Rachaad White in this next draft and you have your basher for a decade

I lost Derrick Henry in fantasy. I'm leary of Peterson(did not pick him up),but he could do it yet again lol

Run the ball ....Jordan Howard....TD ....tied game....9 of the plays on the last drive were runs I think..

Herbert is out here shredding us… 11-14 142 td

I’m in the same boat lol lost Henry picked up Peterson… Have Gaskin, Carter Jr,(Jets took) and James Connor playing for me right now lol

Chargers keep going for it on 4th and failing could easily be a 13-7 game right now if they just took the Fgs

I have/had Booker and Mitchell in. So far Mitchell is killing me. Howard is on my bench. It was a tough call to play Mitchell over him,so thats not working out well for me

SWooooooo DDDDDFENSE....Shut them Down ....TJ EDWARDS yaaaaaathe boys are flying around....
