We have five picks the first two days of the draft.

yes and 1 in the third round. 5+1=6. After round 3 your chances of nabbing an impact type player drop off

He wants that megadeal. Gotta consider the Franchise Tag in this scenario.

Oh please, which of these 2 warrant a franchise tag???? Their stats are awful. I would not tag either of them.In fact I can't think of ANY player I would tag right now

Third round is day two. Two firsts(Dolphins), twos seconds(Wentz) and one third.

Oh got it, 5 picks then. I keep dreaming we have 3- 1-s and 2-2's

So there is a stat "Expected Completion Percentage" that assesses what the QB should complete. Hurts is 2nd to last in this category. What does this mean? Hurts does not trust himself to make certain throws. He tucks the ball and runs because he knows he can do that. Take what you want from this, but I do not want a QB that refuses to give WR's a chance to go for a 50-50 ball....

I find this stat interesting and misleading at the same time. Last 2 games we played crap run defenses. If you want to control the game and TOS, you run the ball until they stop you(Detroit never stopped us) So that's 2 games of down passing stats. I'm glad we found the running game. Like the article even says everyone ELSE knew to use it but Siri(this shakes my confidence in Siri some lol). Also said we play better when they take the game away from Hurts, which he states here also. So maybe I'm not so dumb.I did also say the main problem on offense was at the QB position. There is nothing wrong with our WR's, they just need ops to show us what they got.O line is good, nothing wrong with our RB's or TE's. So I still say Hurts is not our guy, he is a good game manager, much like Foles was(but not as sharp as Foles).IDK what happens from here, but it seems most of us understand where the problem is. I need a QB who can air it deep for 55 yards and hit the potentially GREAT WR's we have. We got them to pull defenses back, but they don't pull back enough(out of respect) because Hurts cannot throw it that far

The Stat does account for when a player is open and Hurts decides to run instead. Smith was wide open and Hurts ran instead. Yes he got a first down, but the issue is he does not trust himself enough to throw to someone who is wide open? On this play the defender fell down! He missed a wide open Goddert for a TD. He missed a Wide open Smith for a TD. These are the plays that he needs to make on a regular basis.

IDK,he still does 1 read and run. If Smith was not his first read,he doesn't see him,he has already decided to take off(aka failure to go through check downs).Maybe he's not fast enough to read 3-4 options. That is a HUGE issue. This is what I mean when I say "I see no growth"

We get to see White play against the Bills this week. I am willing to bet his stats are better than Hurts. Sure, hurts will probably get rushing yards, But total yards I am not so sure...

Even his BU Josh Johnson looked ok

Driscoll and Dickerson have been excellent run blockers. Terrible pass blocking. Lane and Mailata been better run blockers as well. But one read with Hurts is just not accurate. Several times he went through multiple reads.

He ran for the first down….on third down. Seems like a good play to me.

We're watching different QB's then

Yep,that was mystery to me too lol(DOH!!!!!!) It's sad when the fan base know what to do,but the coaches don't

Yep 1 read and run HAHAHAHAHAHA. Forget the fact he had a WIDE OPEN receiver!! It's the Jalen Hurts show!!!!!(aka no growth whatsoever it's the same QB we saw the last 4 games of last year. The college kid playing college ball). Send him back to Oklahoma. Everyone we have is making Hurts look good, not the other way around. I want better. QB is the PROBLEM on the offensive side of the ball. Sorry you can't see it or deal with it. We WIn games when we score 30+ points a game and we aren't doing that

https://www.espn.com/nfl/team/_/name/phi/philadelphia-eagles  We got lucky vs Carolina(no Caff),but the games we won we scored 30+ and Hurts can't do that with any consistency. got a decent defense coming up. if we can't score 30+ we lose and that is a fairly consistent fact. 34- 20 Denver

Didn’t he go through reads, change the playcall on the last drive and complete four straight passes and ran for two first downs both third down plays. Saw the Zero Blitz ….communicated it to everybody and threw a strike to Smith for the tying TD.

Howie traveling to watch the Pitt-NC game… Howell and Pickett two of the perceived top QBs coming out in that game.

Smith was wide open. He did not see him because smith was not the primary WR, so he took off and ran. If you do not see the issue here than I give up. We had wide open receivers all day and should have blown out SD. Hurts does not see the field well. Yes, he noticed an obvious 0 blitz!  wow, that is encouraging that he saw the same thing 1 million viewers saw.....

Fact is Hurts is not the answer he is not the franchise QB he is a stop gap. Think Siri and FO realize this also why we see a more run heavy offense to limit Hurts as a passer

Then he knows Hurts ain't the guy. Either that or Pitt promised him a free hot dog. Ham is going to be devastated 🤣

Yep, Ham still doesn't believe it. Hurts was drafted as Wentz's BU
