It’s killing you that Hurts looked so good yesterday

BULL, every team has a bad game. I'm glad Denver chose this one to stink up the place vs us. The WUSS must be GREAT because, they beat TB, Detroit is SB bound after tying the Squeelers, how did Carolina win in a  blow out over the top ranked team in the league? It's not killing me Ham that we did well against a team who was out of sync all day long. So stay out in your yard with your pom poms. It was nice to see coherent play AND coaching for a change, but until I see a 3 win string,I'm not jumping off cliffs like you. BTW, nice pick tossing which could have turned the game around. I'm giving the game credit to Smith, who gave Hurts the throwing windows(where was everyone else?)

The Broncos were driving for the tying touchdown late in the third quarter when linebacker Davion Taylor punched the ball out of Melvin Gordon III's arms just as he bulled his way across the line on fourth-and-1 from the Eagles 23.                                              See Ham,it was more about how bad Denver played, than how good WE were. Let's remember this Denver team destroyed Dullaz, but yeah it was all our superior playing that did it(🤣). The play by Slay DID turn the tide and momentum on what would have been the tying score. SO let's not get too overly excited that we have suddenly become a league powerhouse. It was nice to see a BALANCED offense for a change, the one we have been demanding on here since week TWO(along with trashing the college RPO BS) And so it was a great win and I was thrilled to see the running game working. Hurts delivered when he needed to and that was nice to see also. Since Hurts is still a 1 read QB, I'm glad Smith was able to get open for him this game. I will say, however, it was nice to see Hurts confident and putting the balls where they needed to be on a better percentage rate. Then we had a reversion back to pick city which could have cost us the game had Denver not folded up the tent early. The defense has been making the plays and it was nice to see the offense reward them for once. I was not impressed with the pass rush when they had 3/5 O line BU's in. We should have been in their backfield all game

The NFL sure keeps us guessing..

Brady, Rodgers and Wilson were brutal yesterday.

Eagles have 4 wins... the opponents scored 6, 18, 6 & 13... 43 combined points in 4 games... people want the DC fired.

The Jets are 2-7.... their 2 wins vs Cincy and the Titans?

The AFC West flipped in a hurry, which is good for the Eagles as it should keep Indy in the wildcard race up to he key week 13... even if they lose the next 2.

Eagles right now with picks 5, 11 and 15.  All 3 spots seem very realistic now.   Even if it's 8, 14 and 18.... that's excellent draft capital for building a roster,  barring using it all to move up for a QB.

Will be interesting to see Tennessee down the stretch to see if they can hold on to the 1st seed without all world RB Henry... if so, maybe folks look at the impact RBs make a little differently?   Does a stud really matter, or is having a few solid ones the way to go?

NFL football always has so many different types of things to discuss,  IMO by far the most interesting sport in that regard.

We have NO next they have a stout D but a meh offense should suit our new offense well allow us to lean on the ground game should keep the game close.

Id say he had a good first half the second half left a ton to be desired…. Almost gave the game away with a almost pick then throwing the int(D really bailed us out).

Feels like they are gelling together some here….that’s your complaint?

LOL………no. I'm happy the team is coming together. Looks like we need a few more (2-3) games to re-evaluate and see if they can keep growing the consistency.

Would also like to say how IMPRESSED I am with the run game

Odd how that happens when you actually give the ball to the RBs

Odd how it happens without Sanders?

Sanders didn't get the ball either. Hard to blame someone getting 5 carries per game.

On the other  hand why did the team keep 3 RBs who are clones of each other?

So here's a question. The ALL the "safety" protocols now in place why are players getting injured more often????? I think "tough guys" are no more, they are all overpaid prima's. They need to move the kicks back and restore the return game. Why bother kicking off at all???? All the kickers can kick into the EZ and Gooddell made the game boring

Washington Football Team defensive end Chase Young has been diagnosed with a torn ACL, ending his 2021 campaign.

Gotta keep the possibility of onside kick. Keeps games more interesting longer.

In Siri’s presser he stressed how he felt safe making certain playcalls knowing that Hurts would check out of it if needed. That he did audible into great calls. You can really feel the relationship growing with Hurts and Siri.

3 years Sanders didn't get the ball enough now.  3 years he got hurt, while really not getting the ball enough.   Success running the ball without him ... what's the conclusion?   I don't see 3 clones... I don't see Sanders being as good at the other duties of the RB position.  He is a solid runner for a few carries per game, is he good in short yardage like Howard, run routes like Scott and Gainwell, or block as good as any of them?   Maybe the 3 guys we have playing now actually work... so far so good right?

You are going to be very entertaining when reality hits.

That was alwys a possibility without moving the kicker up

LMAO, what's he supposed to say? "Howie was an idiot for drafting this guy?" Gotta spin while the spinning is good .
