Lmao doesn’t make the player look better cop out excuse the team might be better doesn’t make the player better.

sad excuse as always with you

Sure…..having a full team wouldn’t help any QB’s win/loss record.

Beat Carolina and Atlanta the two teams we are battling with for a playoff spot

Do you really think Carolina and Atlanta are the good NFC teams Im talking about? The same Falcons that just last weekend lost to Dallas by 40+? Yeah, NO. And Carolina that beat a Cardinal team without Murray? Yeah, NO. But love the optimism. Hurts has played better with a running game focus. Maybe it will continue to improve. Im not buying it yet. But HOPEFUL!

They haven’t activated his practice window yet. I’d think he’d be a huge boost to this Oline down the stretch.

Definitely agree. Brooks is a pro bowl guard.

It always comes down to some luck. What if we have to play Green Bay in the playoffs and ARod gets hurt at the end of the season. You think we might have a chance?

This is assuming we finish strong enough to make the playoffs….obviously.

Did I mention anything about win or lose record???? I said good play vs bad play…. If you hit a guy wide open and he drops it that isn’t bad QB play doesn’t matter if the guy is being paid 30m or 1m just like if you throw a pick 6 staring down a WR is bad QB play doesn’t matter if it is 30m QB or a 1m QB

Again not hard to judge QBs based on the things they have control over

And this does what exactly is every starting QB in the NFC and AFC going to get hurt so we can keep winning???

question should be do we think we have a chance against Rodgers and the packers no well if he gets hurt we have a chance

No need to go crazy on Howard. Ask him back after this season if he makes it through ok. About all that’s needed. No need for a big contract or anything. Sanders we have fir another year. Then can decide on that third season from now whether to resign or tag.

Sanders is an elite weapon. Need him being complimented with Howard and it should be fantastic!

Did I say big contract? 2 years cheap is a "big contract"? I have no clue if Sanders is elite until we see what he can do(and we haven't). So far we are doing well WITHOUT him

11 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Sure have. But you don’t want to hear my honest criticism. I’ve been most critical about him setting his feet, squaring snd stepping into his throws. Fixable fundamentals. What I see going wrong on many of his worst throws.

How do you fix the weak arm?

Yep Howard is 27,gotta be washed up by now. You act like he is Peterson(who is still playing BTW). Howard is solid and consistent yet you want to nickel and dime him. I say lock the guy in for 2 years for a fair price and forget it. We have other things to worry about. One of those on my back burner is getting a basher back to REPLACE Howard. Doesn't need to be a high pick, just that 3rd and 1/GL A gap guy. We need to draft that guy with the 3 clones and Howard. I will find one we can draft late. or better yet after the draft snag a basher back another team cuts or as a UDFA. No need for a star just find me a blue collar worker bee

St Louis is really battling the NFL. They might win back an expansion team. I’d expect if the league expands they’d add two teams. Who else would be on deck? My first thought is London.

Don't see this, it's a logistical nightmare if we add London on a weekly/monday/Thursday basis. Of course since Gooddell sucks anything is possible and we'd have to change the name from NFL to IFL

Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush... Howie Drafts has been hmmmmmm...up and down...3 #1 we'll see how we handle it...NO guarantees in the Draft especially with this FO.

LMAO WRONG,we are guaranteed to do alot of head scratching like every year HAHAHA

Gotta say Chamtheman yours was one of the ONLY voices supporting Hurts and this coaching staff when most of us Myself included ...knowing we had a TRUE ROOKIE Coaching Staff and Rookie QB...my expectations were that we unrealistically STILL should have beat teams like KC...TB...that Hurts and Siranni were gonna take the league by storm...those losses were hard .I should have anticipated Growing Pains but I got greedy...Thanks for reminding me to recognize the team building process in play...It STINKS ... ALL the NEW SHAMELESS ...Hurts supporters ...ALL National Media lovin Hurts ...stinks. He last 5 weeks he was nothing but a BU...NOW we MIGHT be a playoff team...Still tooooo early IMO.

IDK I think we had the easiest schedule you could have. We haven't played anyone and frankly I don't WANT to make the playoffs,I want the DRAFT POSITION. Even if we get a wild card(please NOOOOO) we're 1 and done

LMAO yeah I'm sure that crap guy they drafted at QB is just AWFUL 🙄

Why would you WANT to? Unlessssssss you are a SB contender, post season is a waste. We can't even win our own division comfortably and we really haven't played any top teams(except Dullaz), so the "W"s are BS and with every win we move down the draft chain. The more we win at this stage the worse it hurts us

Beat Atlanta first game of the year, when they were still trying to tie offense and defense together. Beat Carolina without their best player and a terrible QB. We should win this week. NO has 3rd string QB playing and are without both starting tackles. No excuse to lose this game. NO has a solid defense but our Defense should play well against a below average NO Offense too.

Malik Jackson we are paying 3.6 mil, Desean Jackson we are paying 5.8 mil. Alshon Jeffrey paying 5.5 mil. Carson 34 mil.

Saints have the best run defense in the nfl we have shown to be a good running team which one breaks in the game????

If we can’t run can Hurts do enough as a passer to keep us in the game???

My biggest hope is that even if we struggle with the run game we stick with it to help Hurts out.

Avg. 5 yards a carry isn’t elite??? Think Sanders if a very good runner given the opportunity could be up there

When he carries it 200- 250 and gets 5 yards then I'll look at him differently.   Otherwise, he's a committee RB , that's what he has been for 3 years.   Idk what Boston Scott is averaging per carry... wouldn't surprise me if it's 5 yards... I don't think anyone thinks he's elite?

Miles Sanders... 63 for 300

Boston Scott.... 40 for 205 .

Scott is a little over 5 per, Sanders is a little under 5 per.

To me very similar RBs.  I like both in a commitee.  I wouldn't want to give either a ton of carries, IDK if Scott could handle it, 3 years we know Sanders can't take on  work load and stay healthy.   The 3 games he has had double digit carries,  he doesn't average 5 yards.    The game where he had 2 for 27 bumped that average up.

I'm not saying he's bad, just don't think he makes the difference compared to other solid RBs like Scott, Howard or Gainwell.

Mac Jones looks efficient. He will be fun to watch next year

On the bright side....at least we aren't Atl 🤣  Oh man, 4 picks in 5 minutes-just BRUTAL
