Yes we have the best group of WR in the whole league. Can’t think of any team with better pass catchers than us. Hurts is just holding back this juggernaut WR room. Who needs Devante Adams? We have the top three WR in the league. Just can’t get a pass thrown to these All Pros.

I don’t see a QB in this draft that would be more than a developmental backup to Hurts. But sure let’s blow all out draft ammo on a developmental backup QB. Nothing would improve our team more …I’m sure.

You said we had the top receivers. I like these guys potential. They’re all young though. You won’t everybody to be maxed out straight out of college. I expect more of a learning curve. I figure players usually improve with top NFL coaching and experience. Mahomes and Rodgers didn’t even start right away. But a second round pick QB to you should be a polished Hall of Famer. Hurts works hard. No doubt in my mind he’ll continue to improve. See it already. Many here bashed him about his completion percentage last year. Did he not improve on that? Takes time to gel between pass catchers and QBs. ARod and Adams weren’t nearly as lethal as they are now their first games together.

IDK if I'm Howie, I suffer another year with Hurts. Arguably better QB's in the '23 draft and I would pick up Olave. Now you have what could be a serious WR group and that COULD actually entice a QB to want to play here

We need an elite pass rusher really bad. I think you would be surprised how much better our offense would be by adding a few elite defenders. Too many times the D let’s teams do long drives on them. Lose all momentum and the offense comes out cold. I don’t want to use being cold as an excuse….but momentum is a real thing in this game.

Lance isn’t starting because he’s even more raw than Hurts. I will add that Lance does possess huge potential. Tons of guys never materialize into that potential and ceiling though. We’ll see. Not real sure what Lance will become.

Just think there are so many important traits that are huge for the QB position. Some key ones are hard to measure. But it’s very obvious to the players that they believe in Hurts. That should mean something to everybody here. If he was so terrible why are all these guys clearly respecting and following him? Guy is pretty special….even if he can’t throw it 70 yards.

This is a question for everybody. Is it normal for players to grow and improve with NFL coaching and a weight training? How many guys are peaking their first ten games in the NFL? Or let’s reverse it : list to me guys that played their best football their first ten games in the league.

Seems to me all players improve with experience. Only guys that don’t are the ones not being professional and caring. Basically not willing to put in the work and get distracted with the limelight snd money. Guys that are dedicated and work hard always seem to develop and improve. Does anybody think Hurts doesn’t work hard? Does anybody really think he won’t improve? Anybody think he’s hit his ceiling?

Yea no Hurts is a much better runner for sure Mac is so far the better QB and he is doing it on a way worse offense who does NE have Jonnu Smith and injury prone Hunter Henry.

And you know Mac is a true rookie not a QB in his second season that already had an entire nfl season under his belt

I am buying ...These young Coaches and players haven't been overwhelmed.yet ..Clearly most Philly fans DON'T understand what it means to watch first time coaches in their first season building a system with other firsts IN THEIR POSITIONS. There is no appreciation  by many Philly watching this group grow together....Like you... IDK we suffered through the Chip years. Ped was also a rookie coach who was scapegoated along with Wentz as an excuse for his(Howies) own failure. I know siri has to deal with Hurts because that's who was HERE,but IMO he would rather have a better pocket passing QB,because that's what this team was built to do

I don't see a QB in next year draft that is clear cut better than Hurts... I don't see a Franchise QB in next years draft that would be considered a clear cut notch above Hurts. Hurts has always been a BIG Game player. I believe Hurts is gonna prove he belongs.

I think we wait until '22 for a QB in the draft. That wouldn't stop me from drafting Olave at WR. I know we need defense,the rest of the picks can go for that,but Olave and smith together would be a thing of beauty regardless of the QB. Then there are guys that will come available like Garoppolo,we know Arod is going away and Howie has a man crush on wilson,so we;ll see which way we go. I think alot of teams will want to move up for QB so maybe we can get even more HIGH picks trading down

Right now Olave and Wilson(WR's_OSU) are ranked at 15,16 and I would be more than happy to snag either with a later 1 pick. I'm not sold on Reagor and think we can do better
