Eagles keep running into great situations. This week, they play a team that just fired their OC. Desperation in NY. Maybe it lights a fire under NY' butts. I doubt it. They have Barkely and a couple good WR's. Their O-Line stinks and their D is not great. Jones is terrible under pressure. Disguise a few blitzes and you will unravel him. You cannot lay back on this team though. If we play conservative it could have a bad result.

Happy to see Gannon throwing in the occasional blitz

He doesn't do it often so it's usually pretty effective

Think us finally getting some stability at LB Is helping the D. Though losing Taylor might hurt us some shame to since he seemed to really be putting it together

Going to hurt our Run D. not a good thing with Barkley coming back. But negated a bit with the O-Line the Giants have....

Not really,  Foles was a target catching a pass in the end zone where the idea was nobody would cover him...very much different than a guy getting a handoff and everyone trying to tackle him.

So you are against innovation-NP. I think he would enjoy doing it once. Not real worried about 3 guys trying to tackle him, he'll carry them 1 yard if he hasn't mowed them down first. If you make your job FUN you tend to enjoy going to work

Unfortunately are path is quite easy NYG(twice), Jets, Washington(Twice), Dallas.

Division games can always be tough but good chance we win out or enough that we are in the playoffs.

Yeah that's my NIGHTMARE lol because this is the draft we need the highest picks possible to get the BEST [players possible. Of course with Howie that is a weak excuse lol. Lots of difference between pick 5 and pick 20(like if this was last year we would have never had a shot at Smith)

And to be fair people calling me a hurts hater blah blah blah I’m not I think the same thing when it comes to the Ravens and Lamar.

Until Lamar shows he can consistently beat teams with his arm that team isn’t going far.

And I think Lamar is ahead of Hurts at this point

I don't hate Hurts,he's a nice guy and the players like him.But he's not an NFL arm if you face reality. Nothing to do with hate,it's just his limitations as a QB and that ticks people off that wee see it lol

The Key is beating a team with a Solid QB! We have yet to do that. We only face one more the last week of the season, unless they clinched a play off spot and no room for advancement....

Please don't bring up Matt Ryan either. That game was the first of the year with a new Coach on both sides. Ryan was getting used to a completely new system. If these two teams met today the outcome would be different.

Yep also lost his star WR and that was Pitts first NFL game and their RB's are less than adequate with a shaky defense

I want to see that pass rush. You are correct,we always had Eli's number and we need to get Jones into the same thought pattern lol

GB, it is what it is. If we get pick 10 or 20 it should still be a starter. Maybe not the guy we wanted most, but still a solid player. We cannot plan on losing or winning. It will be what it is. So let's see what happens.

Well we play more weak teams so I suspect we drop out of the top 15 anyway. Good linemen in this draft and quite a number of LB's and CB's,so I understand it is what it is,but I would like it if we picked higher because these 4 players(rounds 1 and 2) are guys that should stay with us a long time,so I want the best 4 I can get

Y'all know I have a man crush on Olave . But LB,CB,DT,DE should be our first 4 in my view(any order). I'm wondering if Howie has a woody on for Pickett though lol

S over CB now that we signed Maddox

I was just getting ready to type that there is a S we will probably take with pick 1 or 2 depending where we end up in the order .Hamilton from ND. This is what I mean though,if we fall too far we will have to use draft capital to get the guys we want

Another S I like is Brisker from Penn.He can be had later so I feel we would wait and take him in round 2

This is the concerning part we can try and fight it all we want but if we can’t win on the arm of the QB we are not going anywhere that is reality in todays nfl.

Unless people think we are going to have a historically good defense to carry the team

Let's hope it takes another year to find this out so we do not waste a few picks on any QB in the next draft......

This is my issue why wait if we know do something about it… me personally I’d rather use picks when we have them the give up 3 firsts over 3 years.

crap we could have a QB our entire rest of draft in 2022 and nothing mortgaged in future drafts that’s an ideal situation vs… Couple extra picks in 22 then in 23 we give up our firsts in 23-25 for the QB

I like Young or Stroud in the '23 draft. Let's hope alot of teams take QB's this draft. Squeelers might go for one,Denver is always in the hunt for one(HAHAHAHA fools). The Wuss and maybe TB cause IDK how long they are gonna have Brady. Like to see a major run on QB's early

So I am trying to find  SLAY update, so far they are just saying the usual "day to day". We need to pay this man and keep him around

If any QB is worth it, then fine. All reports I have are none are prime candidates. I don't know BG. Say we use a pick on a QB and they are worse than what we have now... Then we are in the same boat next year. Not to mention there are many other teams that need QB's picking ahead of us. So we may have to use all 3 first round picks for a possible answer at QB? I would rather grab 3 starters in round 1. Now, if a good QB falls to them, I see no reason not to take a chance.......

I believe things work out just fine…..tend to sort themselves out.

I agree... I don't think this front office is going to spend the $$ on the current QB.  Not with the limitations he has.   It's why I am good giving him the full 2 years to play.  It's probably going to be his only time before he gets put on the backup tour.  With QBs there doesn't seem to be an in-between... once your rookie deal is up, you are either the guy that gets the big $$$ or you get replaced.

This can be the case next year this year the year after…. It’s all a gamble have to trust the scouts and pull the trigger that simple.

I can’t believe how mad you are that we have a good shot at being a playoff team being lead by Hurts. This really burns you!

But GB likes his draft picks, he wants the better picks.
