Nope that's not "in the face mask"(as in hit it there) like Ham described.Nice pass should have easliy been caught. I was thinking more in the side of his face lol. Those are the catches make so you can cash those gushy paychecks

But this one hit him in the face mask.   Can you google highlights of the game or something since you don't get them?   gotta be some websites where you can see some plays?   I mean, this is what I'm talking about, we all played football in the backyard, you get rushed as a QB and you float the ball up to where the WR needs to make a play, this was a great throw under the circumstances, that hit Reagor in the facemask.

From the looks of it, to hit his face mask, it had to have slipped through his hands(again)

LMAO-locked out HAHAHA(I would have)

I admit both those passes were good enough and Reagor needs to hit the bench(wilson/olave in the draft will fix this) That play at the GL was even more inexcusable

Yeah our record is amazing!!!!!🙄  Out of 32 teams, we had the easiest schedule of ANY one

It’s called ‘A Team Game’

Right, so when we discuss bad passes from the QB, teh make the argument more valid, we don't try to say he mad a bad throw when he made a good one, we get that enough on the other side when he makes a bad play where his stans don't like to admit them.     Both the throws to Reagor were fine.    The 2 throws in between that got knowcked away from Goedert adn almost picked off, were bad due to his weak arm.    The throw to Ward in the first half was good, nothing spectacular due to the short distance, but a nice throw.... still doesn't excuse the dumb interception a few plays later.

We can argue our side intelligently by giving Hurts credit for the plays he actually makes, the rightfully criticizing the bad ones.  We'll let 1289 take care of itself in due time.

No I understand most balls are not perfect. Sometimes the defender blocks your vision and the ball just suddenly appears in your face. Those are very difficult to catch because those depend on your reaction time(intangible). point is,if it was "perfect pass" that would not be a needed intangible. I understand perfect passes are few and far between, but that is the ultimate goal of any QB. I was also enamored with a stat sheet I saw that Jones and Brady have about the same stats this year. But Jones sucks because he's only a freshly minted rookie. If Hurts is our guy, then he needs to be Tom Brady (or Mac Jones) and have accuracy pouring out his fanny. Since he can't really fix arm strength,he's going to have to pick up his accuracy and increase those "perfect passes". And stone hands Reagor needs to spend hours upon hours catching machine fed tennis balls(my HS coach made us all do this and it really helped!!!!) But first,Reagor needs to care, not blow off his failures as "we'll see what happens next week" Little boy needs to grow up and he needs to do it now. SO those are the QB/WR points we need to work on and if we had been all year those drops would be history by now

Yes. Exactly. We either get Tom Brady at QB or bust. Heck that’s every position. Until we get the best all time at each position I don’t think we should even suit up.

You have an issue with this pass right here?  This is the one we are talking about, good distance on the throw that was rushed and off balance,  IMO the most impressive throw I've seen him make in 16 games!FB_IMG_1638458331263.jpg.d5203a1f31156b75c3aad07b5e1ba579.jpg

Game winner!

But the other side which is hilarious.... on NFL network, that last pass to Reagor was called " a dart"   LOL  He fired a dart....lol.  You know when beginners play darts and it hits the board and falls off, that was the kind of dart is was...lol.    But the problem could be the ball had so many intangibles on it, that it slows down the velocity?    Science!

Lets be honest.... their are about a dozen tiers between Hurts and Brady.

You know when you play with your kids and you let them win... that is what its like celebrating a QB that would have led your team to 14 points vs the Giants.  If the other team scores 13 points and goes 3 and out on three of the last 4 drives... it's pretty hard not to be in position to win at the end?    But yeah... this week if its 13 -7 vs the Jets and he makes a great throw surrounded by a few bad ones... congrats to him.   Not going to win anything with that stuff.   Gotta put up some legit points.

Yeah all the players need to play(at the same time in a 60 minute window)

We should have had a 21 point lead by this point. Throwing picks and wobblers will put you in the clutch position every time

https://www.oddsshark.com/nfl/defensive-stats  We should have NP vs the Jets. Although our D is under league average, the Jets D are bottom dwellers

Giants are our rivals. You can usually throw stats out the window in these games. Seems like the weaker team usually does alright in these matchups traditionally. I think it was a great sign that, although our QB1 was having his worst day, he was delivering at the end in the clutch. Not real surprising when seeing how he’s performed well on third down conversions this year.

Taking turns muffing plays(Hurts/Reagor). It has to be hard to trust Reagor going forward. He's going to work his way out of a job

All I'm saying is you can't screw up for 57 minutes and win games in 3. Smith has great hands GO THERE

Yes definitely agree there. Reagor failed. Watkins failed. Gainwell failed…but at least did something and has the lowest experience. Goedert just didn’t seem to be in the game. But yeah….force feeding Smith’s way …..yep….do all that.

no need to force feed anyone. Call plays to give them all opportunities. In the next "clutch" situation it's now hard to trust Reagor. In my view he needs to re-earn his spot and his attitude needs to change. Not sure I would even start him. I would rotate him in and make him show me he can catch to get the starting job back. We have to STOP coddling and make players pay for these blatant mistakes. DO YOUR JOB

Reagor had the least snaps of the three this game.
