I’m very curious how the backup DB picture is unfolding. Really only going on in practices. Josiah Scott? Is he the backup slot corner. Tay Gowan? What are his reps looking like? Vincent Jr…McPherson…Wallace….Epps….you would think these guys have probably been practicing a fair amount side by side. Gotta get two pieces out of this group….at least in rotation.

Toth took the C snaps today

Makes me think Opeta and Herbig are battling for the RG spot.

Reagor had the least snaps of the three this game.

So by percent of "grabs" he needs to be benched for NON grabbing. I want this POS off my team. The "clutch" is slipping

Thought Maddox had a heck of a game. Nelson gets targeted…but he’s over there battling. The use of the S is in question…..but I guess they don’t give up big plays.

If Kelce is hurting it is prudent to give snaps to someone in case he acn't go

Maddox has been a bright spot.

Funny how he and Goedert both got extensions at the same time and they are roommates

Watched a few GB games and Rasoul Douglass is balling.

Another example of undeveloped talent.

SOB'in cowpies!

Main reason why I was so ticked off. Too easy! lol

I hate Dallas. I mean I hate dallas. I’m to the point where i cannot even watch them play when they are good (this year). I just get pissed off. Cunningham, I love your passion. I just don’t know how you watch the same game as the rest of us and see Hurts as the great QB. He is not a "winner” as you say….not as a pro. I think he is 6-10 as a starter now, right? 6-11, something like that. And not getting better. My point of not wanting him to begin with is that we had seen his best in college. I doubted there would ever be enough there to be an NFL starter. Remember Tommy Frazier? Dude won like crazy in Nebraska and I laughed when my brother said that he would be a starter in the NFL. Ahhh, NOPE! A BIG nope. Hurts seems like a good dude. Guys like him. He has a great attitude. He is not a franchise, starting QB. If he is the starter, the team is in trouble. Just saying.

Jalen Hurts has a league leading 85 explosive plays this season.

Good for fantasy.

Sen, the record isn't a big concern for me.  In fairness the team was a shambles of record proportion last year with the injuries.   This year still not the most talented.    The concern is the lack of scoring when it counts and the lack of legit passing game.    You can take " explosive plays" , the garbage time stats and scores to make the #s look good etc.    But look at the scoring and the offense... ATL, Detroit and Saints games.... that's your 3 games where they put up points.  Run game dominant,  and the opponent's offense couldn't do anything.

You have 2 games in Carolina and the Giants where the opposing offense kept us in the game, otherwise the offense looked like crap.  " but he's clutch" ????

I mean if you expect failure every time, then it can only be positive for you with the bar set low.   For me, if I'm looking at my QB, I would rather see a loss where he put up points in the upper 20s or 30s and did it by passing.  That's better sign than winning because of the run game and your opponent's lack of offense.

I want to see progress from Hurts. Last two games he threw for under 50% completions and had 0 TD's and 3  INT's. That is not progress. This week we play a terrible team. His stats throwing should be something like 65% completion with a TD and 0 INT's. Maybe for 8 yards per attempt or something close to that. I will not put out total yardage as we have no idea how many passes he makes. Explosive plays are negated by INT's and Fumbles. They don't win football games either or their record would be much better.....

What else is sad is how Howie destroys potential coaches by bringing in rookies and either giving them a QB with no team, or a team with no QB. Then 3 years later he fires them due to his own incompetence and it's tough for them to ever break into the NFL again. Careers RUINED because they were dumb enough to take a job here and believe Howie would "take care of them".It's sham and a shame

FYI....  big discussion on the Jeff McLain article about how Lurie likes Hurts, but Howie wants to look elsewhere at QB.    It's why I think we don't know the problem behind the scenes.   Howie is the easy scapegoat for the lazy person.  JJAW apparently a Lurie decision because his son being out at Stanford etc.   The Green Bay game a few years back when apparently Lurie complained we didn't pass enough.   It's long before Howie that we haven't drafted a LB in round 1.

The big thing is the whole QB picture. It seems Lurie was the one who made then look into Watson.   Seems he will be the one to determine the immediate future of that position and these early picks.

It is a S- Show. We will probably be looking for a QB for the next 6 years now....

"explosive plays" = he hit the panic button and somehow made it work HAHAHAHAHA. When every play is "explosive" if means your offense  doesn't have a clue

Yes that's true probably because Howie does the drafting(good or bad). SO yeah this is probably all on Lurie, with a little mental incompetence(as fas as being a "football guy" goes) on Howies part. Pickett is a homer which makes me think he is on the table especially since Howie went in PERSON to watch him play. It would be great if Lurie sold the team to a real football guy,who hired football guys because they are football guys lol. If Lurie thinks this team is a "QB factory" he needs to remove his blinder and take his meds

Sunday we play the Jets. There is no reason we should lose to this team. We should be able to run at will and Hurts need to hit on at least 60% of his passes. I feel the Defense will do fine and will keep the Jets under 21 points....

Receivers need to catch their passes….especially TDs. Always makes the stats look better. If the team doesn’t commit penalties negating big plays that would help also.
