IDk what we do from here,it's a big mess. The Oline looks fine. The D line needs to get more pressure on a WEAK team. We should be leading the league in sacks

Idk... you are Detroit, like you are their GM.   Would you trade the 1st pick for say pick 12 and pick 20? Or take the QB?    

Obviously we don't know,  but it's just the same point that you make with the Eagles... maybe Detroit thinks they won't be in that position again to just take the QB?     That might happen either way...  the other stuff with getting trade value for Reagor,  if you are another team it doesn't make sense to pay a guy that hasn't shown anything plus give up a pick.

It was TWO yards he came back for not even close to 10, watch it again. He threw it where only hid guy could get it(smart) If you lead him out you risk a pick

yes much better to toss 3 picks than a SAFE pass only your receiver can get(or it's incomplete). Those TD's to Goedert were not dying quails,you have to loop those like a fade route, you laser those and they get picked

My plan is for the Eagles,I didn't plan for the Lions. if they want to pay me,I will lol

I still think the Eagles can land a QB without having to move or very minor move up nothing drastic like needing to get to 1 or 2 overall. If we opt to go that route through the draft.

 Not sure I understand your post. Most of his throws were at the Line of scrimmage? If you toss out the 2 balls he threw away, he averaged 10 yards per pass attempt. The passes to Goedert and Watkins averaged over 17 yards per and that was 9 of his 20 completions....  3 passes to other WR's and 8 to RB's

So far this is one of those rare drafts that QBs are not being over valued kinda feels like the 08 draft with Matry Ice going 3rd then Flacco went at 18… Henne later in like the 2nd 

BTW - Goedert caught all 6 of his targets. Watkins caught all 3 of his targets which averaged 20 per. Not bad if you ask me.

It takes 2 teams to make deals.   Otherwise, I will plan to trade Reagor for a 1st.

We will know more after the combine.   QBs tend to move up in these next few months.   It always looks easier to get one at this time.

I actually don’t agree with this tend to get a sense we like to over value QB way more predraft remember how Geno Smith was a sure fire first rounder many Eagles fans wanted him…. Draft day comes and doesn’t even go round 1. He was that big name QB

Of course last year all the hype around Lawrence every knew he was #1 Fields had a fall from grace

Yes we established he had the three dying quail throws. Two to Goedert and Watkins. And yes…he was throwing screens to Goedert and RBs successfully. But was pointing out their defense said they didn’t prepare for Minshew at all. So after the first three drives. You know ….the adjustment to….oh we are playing this guy today. He only had one dying quail he really threw that was substantial.

It worked. We beat the Jets!
