I’d really like to snag Juju in FA having down year get him in here man the slot then you have Smith/Quez on the outside… Maybe Quez becomes the #4 if we draft another WR.

But would give us 3-4 WRs all 25 and under

Of course but I could see Juju looking for a prove it contract which would be nice for us. If we drafted a WR as well. Then of Juju does great or doesn’t not a massive blow to us and if we have the other 3 young WRs we can’t opt to move on from Juju as well at years end 

NCAA is making a new rule because of Picketts fake slide… Can’t blame them with the rules protecting QBs most players aren’t going to go for the hit if they think he is sliding… and if he did slide and they hit him that player would be drug through the mud as dirty

  It is not that we think it is not a "Hole". It is that we have soooo many other areas of need that we are in worse shape in. QB, DE, DT, LB, S and CB. We spent #1 picks on WR's the past 2 years ignoring all others. I feel WE need to draft BPA. So I guess if WR is BPA you will get your wish. But if 2-3 people are of equal value, I would prefer we go Defense.

 

 

Godwin, Juju or another WR that is a solid 1/2 would be fine addition to our team. Draft another in the later rounds if someone drops. As I said. Pittsburgh always drafts Wr's round 3/4 and they are solid players. Just need good scouting. We are good scouting D_Line and O-Line. Would not know about LB as we never draft one before round 3....

If I find a top player and there is a hole,I fill it. We have lots of picks and I want a receiver who can CATCH,for me that is a HUGE HOLE. How many game winning drops can you take????

I'm not investing in a WR and spending money until I find a QB. May as well throw that money in the toilet. You want to pay Godwin 12 million to catch 2 passes for 10 yards per game???? With a rook,you aren't paying out big loot

Maybe we take both in this draft. Depends who is there when we pick. I'm not reaching for anyone.I will take what the draft gives me. I may go up or down a little,but with so many picks,we can fill alot of holes. You can also find good DB's and linemen in round 2-3-4 just like you say WR's. Give me the best players

So then since we aren't good at scouting late WR's(but Quez was a nice find),then we should take a chance on a top WR because the odds are better for success since we CAN find the other positions needed in later rounds as you said

I’d rather the Eagles take who they perceive is the best player rather then filling the hole… I don’t want to go WR round 1 but I’m also not going to pass one up if he is clearly the best player either 

Only thing that matters is what's on Luries mind. Nothing we say will alter that

We have a good solid team in this locker room. This team has come off as blue collar and hard working. Real good practice and meeting room work spaces.

At least we are seeing Watkins take more snaps now….finally signaling that they get it. Seems like Watkins is much more limited route wise though. Reagor opened up the playbook the most has been his benefit….I guesss. Sure hasn’t been on the production end.
