I mean can’t say I always agree with the approach but Pickett opting to start prepping for the draft isn’t some uncommon thing in college.

Pickett opted to stay his senior year to help bring ACC championship a goal on which he accomplished. Hardly call the guy a quitter

This is also baloney because there were better QB's last year. Easier this year for him to be taken higher. Once again self centered/selfish. I am aware other players stay another year to make things better for them,but they PLAY in the GAMES. So I hope we DONT get him,you can have him if you want,but my support for him is dead and he killed it. You think the QB's on the rest of the bowl teams aren't gonna play ???

Yes there were quite a few players that opted out to play in the bowl games…Both Ohio St. WR opted out does that mean Olave is off your list since he is a quitter to the S from Notre Dame opted out

Like I said this is only going to get worse in future years this is only the start. My guess is in 2023 most the top guy opt out of bowl games. Only guys that will likely keep playing are the ones in the college football playoffs.

I'm aware that it is,but just because others give up their principles doesn't mean I have to. This is why the league is now full of self entitled prima donnas. I am aware I am a dinosaur. We no longer demand integrity as long as the almighty dollars are flowing in

To me this is like us going to the SB and having players "opt out" which of course they can't because they are under contract,but the principle is the same. There are a boatload of other guys who worked their tails off to get into the bowl games

NCAA made the bowl games meaningless there are 40 bowl games way to many then on top of that now only 4 teams are playing for anything more with playoffs.

It’s pretty telling that college player value there conference championship games more then bowl games now

Oh, this is just MY opinion/stance. I am certain Howie and the rest of the drafters will go after the green. That's what they live for and are paid to do. But you know what? At some point it wasn't this way. Someone cracked and maybe they won some extra games, then others followed, like sheep, because they are paid to win, not to culture young men into better men. They lowered their moral standards and principles because the almighty dollar told them to. Like I said, I am only 1 man and a dinosaur in todays world, but I can also see why this society has decayed into BS. because it's the SAME PRINCIPLE. It's BS because someone cracked. Regardless, I don't think we deserve it anyway. With our cake schedule we should have 10-11 wins if we were truly ready for post season IMO

It states that there were two drugs out 2 years ago that were proven to cure the virus, one in South Africa. They buried all records of them and destroyed all production so they could get the FDA approval for the vaccinations. It would never had been passed thru had a drug been discovered that cured the virus and they would have lost billions!
