The 2017 Eagles were the best team from start to finish.  Completely dominant.   And Foles didn't mess it up.  Fortunately at the end Jax took their foot off the gas in AFC title game where Bortles lit up the NE defense that actually had their other starting CB play because he didn't miss curfew.

Regardless... the competition the Eagles faced this year were bad teams or mediocre teams with 3rd string QBs... not a stud 2017 Eagles team with a quality 2nd string. 

You can spin it all you want, but it's the reality.

Hats off to you Cunningham for saying this team was going to make the playoffs. I found myself nervous and excited for this game and they tried hard to disappoint me. All year I have said they suck and didnt get nervous and hardly cared. NOW, my question is HOW can they compete against good teams? They have NOT been competitive vs those teams they lost to at all.

Some how those guys were on a hot winning streak not so long ago. But we beat them….so they must suck. Who’s next to be terrible? Bucs or Rams? If we beat either of them you’ll make up excuses for them also. But the sun was in Brady’s eyes….or something. This team just keeps making it harder and harder for you to knock them and tear them down.

Yeah, before Washington had all those injuries and covid issues,  they were pretty good.   We didn't play them at that time.  It absolutely makes a difference.

We’ve dealt with injuries also. Lane missed the Chiefs and Bucs games. I could go on and on. Mailata got injured for a game or two there. Coaches smartened up. We all knew this line could run block. Just look at how massive they are. Don’t know what Siri was doing to start the year. Gannon I think it just took time. We aren’t the best most talented team. We have vulnerabilities. But we are also dangerous!

If they were to play in any other division they wouldn't be here.  I don't think they are in the top 20 in the league.   It is what it is.

Hurts was out ONE game-ONE(and Shew did fine) Lane in for those 2 games would not have given us a win(please) I was happy to see the same adjust as ASG did around week 11/12 when we TOOK THE GAME AWAY from Hurts

They were all out today? I think we beat a pretty good team today. They’d be a playoff team if they beat us instead of the other way around. We gave them those two losses to be a losing record team.

I will say again(and give credit where it is due),that I saw a little growth from Hurts as a QB, he didn't panic and take off,but found open receivers. That was nice to see,now is that ENOUGH going forward?

LMAO OH Gibson was OUT, he is easily 50% of their offense and we let a rook RB score on us twice. without that D pick late we would have lost this one also, so we are slopping our way into the playoffs

Kick back and enjoy the ride. Many wanted the coach and QB fired. They responded. Playoff experience is pretty huge for them. Maybe we lose our first game. Lessons from that also. Don’t you just feel the momentum of us building something here? SB or bust mentality seems very silly…..we’ve only won it once. It’s the ultimate goal. But not this teams goal. Huge for them to come back from 2 and freaking 5. Gritty team. I think their real easy to root for. It’s a fun team. Probably not winning the SB….oh well.
