We can’t do everything….but we can run the ball with Sanders on anybody. Sticking with it. Want to see where we stand in a playoff matchup. I believe we have a punchers chance.

But you are basing this idea that we can run Sanders on anybody with 8 games played vs bad teams.   Plus one vs a San Diego team that has a bad run defense.    That's my point.

It's an arrogant assumption based upon the opponents we faced...  1/4 of the league is not everybody.   Playoffs are different than regular season.   Reality needs to set in here.

Legit NFL opponent? You mean the best of the best? Yep, let’s see where we stand.

No.... I mean even the middle... which are teams like the Raiders and Chargers.  2 months of teams that aren't even close to the 2.

I thought that last win was a big one. Washington was a desperate team and played us hard. Got the early lead. Then had a nice halftime lead. We overcame all that to victory. All the pressure was on us. We responded through adversity. That was a big step in my book.

A big step would be beating a mediocre team.   Just one!

They had a nice 1/2 time lead with ONE offensive weapon. 50% of their offense was not there(Gibson). Easy-at 1/2 time figure out how to blanket McLaurin and you stop their offense(which we did)

There backup TE went out of the game... but that doesn't matter either.  1st or 3rd string doesn't really matter.

Not much difference with Fitz,  Gibson, Logan Thomas, Seals- Jones... vs Garret Gilbert and whoever the other guys were...lol.

With Brady, TB still has lots of options. They have a few promising young WR's. Untested but you cant just write them off with Brady being as accurate as he is. Perriman probably their best,so I assume Slay is on him. They have 3 decent TE's so I could even see some plays with their fastest TE(probably Brate) outside in a WR pattern(ala Pitts) and then using the other TE's in a 2 TE set(Gronk and OJ Howard) Fournette out does hurt them. Jones is "ok" and he should still keep the running game honest, but with the above Brady can dink and dunk us all day long, maybe shoot for a rook WR now and then if the window is there. Arians can be creative when he has to be and I think our LB's can be beaten in coverage. If that occurs,I hope a dang light bulb and bells go off in Howies head

I found this quote from that article:

New NFL protocols state that players can return to the team after just five days but must be symptom-free. So it's possible those players can play against the Cowboys.

The above doesn't elaborate. So what, they don't have to submit another (proven? 🤣) covid test to prove the player is ok???

So Sanders is the key to our rushing attack dominating in the playoffs.

Sorry man, Sanders is slightly above average and hasn't been very serviceable. And I was a fan and happy with the draft pick for Sanders.

Next season Gainwell will be better overall and Sanders will be dispensable.

Well he has 700 yards vs scrub D lines 🤣

Doubt he plays since everyone else is sitting. Should be the most worthless game in NFL history. They are gonna have to charge $50.00 per hot dog to keep the stadium open

I'm hoping he doesn't play.

OH brother, they sure do make money from the concession.

Just consulted the schedule on PE.com and it says the game is at LFF.

Very confused as usual!!!

Just found 2 other confirmations that the game is at LFF.

Problem for me understanding WTH to believe is that the above MSN article was the most recent at 4 hr ago.

IDC if it's a near meaningless game or not. Still going to be pissed off if the a$$holes win!

This happens every year... there are 16 games, maybe 4 matter?   SF and Rams will both play, Raiders and Chargers, Pittsburgh and Baltimore...  outside of those, not sure there is a game meaningful to BOTH teams?

Better off losing the game... only thing it does is move the draft positions.

You're right. Still hate losing to them……of ALL teams lol

You love injury excuses. The Bucs game was tough for us on that front. Didn’t Goedert miss that game? New Oline across the board(Mailata played hurt but at RT). Siri hadn’t figured out we are the best rushing team yet. Good lessons for us. Losing to the best taught us some things about our identity.

If the D gets a stop with over three minutes to go…..do we? Or do we not have a chance to win the game?

Cunningham, I’m afraid you are going to lose that argument in terms of injuries. The Eagles are MUCH healthier than their opponents. Eagles have TWO real starters out for the season, THREE IF you count Brooks. Graham and Seumalo. Yes, some starters have missed a start or two, but this team is remarkably healthy. THAT IS THEIR BEST ATTRIBUTE right now.
