Better off losing the game... only thing it does is move the draft positions.

It's a semi important game for Dullaz for seeding purposes

I think they were planning on this being the battle for the division game HAHAHAHAHA(wrong again you losers). You know, gotta have the drama and hype now

The last week is all division games... there is really no plan for anything except teams play their division the last week.

Yes for the dramatic effect

https://news.yahoo.com/did-eagles-coach-nick-sirianni-012219018.html   So, seems obvious all Shew is good for is to get a draft pick with. He wants to start somewhere. It's a pity he could not have been traded to a team who would actually start him and that we will deny him another year of that,or trade him away. I hope losing him is the correct call because Hurts still has things to prove to me. Tonights game should be an audition for Shew vs a tough defense. He can be held hostage on draft day for a desperate team needing a QB who could not make a deal to move up for one. He could be a nice cheap option for the Saints.Jet still have not solved their QB issues. Maybe Pittsburgh takes a look since they need a QB but have a low draft pick. Of course if we lost Shew we'd have no real BU, but I know he wants to start. Should be interesting to see where he ends up(maybe even the Wuss)

Idk, I think it makes sense... you play a team twice... one of those 3 teams should be your last game.

He should stay here.

Sure but we had a rather large grouping all at the end. Almost BTB vs the Wuss. if a team is down a player for 2-3 week, then they lose twice to the division. Should spread them out more IMO

He is eager to start. He's young and wants a starting job. Obviously he is not going to get that here as long as we are committed to Hurts, sure we can force him to stay another year, but dont think he would like it much

Strictly the last game, I think it makes sense to play it vs a team you play twice, the other division games was weird how they got bunched up.

I don't think Minshew forces a trade,  I think we see him get more of a legit shot with a full offseason and honeymoon period being over for Hurts next year.  My guess is barring a major move at QB, he gets in before the next season finishes.

I guess I will watch the pointless game, but I really don't even care. Nothing will be proven, nothing will be learned. I suspect Shew will look fine vs a team that once again doesn't have their best players, which is how we slopped our way into the playoffs anyway. The back ups get to get their uniforms dirty is about the only positive I can see. If you really wanted to learn anything, the PS should have all been called up to play this disaster

Earlier on Saturday, the Eagles elevated the following players for tonight's game from the practice squad:

• G/T Kayode Awosika

• LB Christian Elliss

• RB Jason Huntley

• DB Jared Mayden

• DB Mac McCain

• TE Richard Rodgers

• TE Noah Togiai

• T Casey Tucker

• DT Raequan Williams

• DT Marvin Wilson

He’s a backup. But you need one. Wouldn’t just give him away. So what’s it worth for us to trade our cheap backup QB? Third round pick…..I’d do it. Day three pick? Not really worth it.

Shew’s value could be at its peak at the trade deadline next season.

You asked….that’s exactly what’s going on.

None of the WR though….interesting. DeVonta warming up big time. He’s going.

https://www.drafttek.com/2022-NFL-Draft-Big-Board/Top-NFL-Draft-Prospects-2022-Page-1.asp  Normally I will post the consensus draft site, but(whether you agree with the order or not) this site updates frequently and shows the rise and fall of the various players and I feel it's a reliable site for the top 20 or so

Good at least they are being coherent

SO it's ok to risk your star round 1 draft pick but noone else? comical (and also stupid)

He wants to break the record. Think he’s going for two catches then get pulled.

OH so risk is fine if there is a price attached? Defeats all the arguments you put up. Inconsistent

Last shot for some of these other WR's. I assume then all the PS WR's should go away since none were called up to compete which is fine if they are dead wood

I don’t really care to risk him at all. But Smith is hungry for the record. I could see a fairly low risk version of getting a WR two catches. Not getting a chance to break the record is punishing Smith. Him breaking the record really doesn’t matter to me…but to him it seems very important.

Think he needs 36 yards. That’s why I say two catches.

Hurts has a pretty clear limp coming into the stadium.
