I was not happy that they ran on us so well. Brady’s passing obviously loosens up the run. But some pretty obvious run situations we didn’t show up on. LBing is just a void. Not good enough to win these kind of games.

Howie has ignored LB for far too long.

Let’s take a vote on Reagor. All willing to completely give up and agree Reagor is a bust for us signal on this post. I’m the first vote for….completely over him.

Hightower wasn’t even getting called up. So that leaves Watkins as the only one of the three receivers drafted….in that big WR class….for us to work with going forward. Quez is far from reliable still. So many times bad things happen when the dude just doesn’t keep running hard. We should have relied on Ward much more this season. But let’s face it ….Siri was handcuffed quite a bit. Goedert and Smith are good weapons. Think we kind of saw the limit they can carry us. We adapted with two and three TE sets. Three WR sets is most any offensive coordinators preferred method in todays NFL. If we brought in two more WR and pushed Quez to fourth….would anybody really complain? At least made him battle for the third job.

This will be great if the Cowboys go down.

I got bashed for saying we need ONE more. I think Quez is ok for now. I like Ward. Jjaw can go away also as far as I am concerned

I know you disagree Ham, but I still think this is a QB issue. Reagor just needs to go, he's way too unreliable. I wouldn't even want him as a BU. At least you can count on Ward

niners putting the hurt on Dullaz 22-7 now

We have the Colts and Phins picks. Easy season to root for them to suck. It wasn’t all riding on our record for once. Still we are pretty loaded with draft ammo. The demands are draft well. Wait I meant period   .

How do you like Dickerson and Williams picks?    I like them myself.   They weren't 1st round picks... they were early 2nd and 3rd round picks...I doubt either make it to 19th in those rounds.   The draft is more than just 1st round.

IMO we got screwed with those 4 gifts.  We go into next year with October 27, 2019 as our last victory vs at least a 9 win team that had their starting QB.    As of now, that is absolutely a reason we made the playoffs, the biggest reason.  IMO, until you beat a 9 win team, you don't deserve to be in the playoffs,  your schedule is absolutely the reason you got in.   Today should have been Tampa vs New Orleans or Washington.    I don't think Today means anything as far as experience... unless Hurts is the long term QB.

The coaches will have another game plan when they have new players, especially if it's another QB. I don't think today did anything for Smith, Dickerson or Williams.  Ultimately we could miss out on multiple players in the draft or force to have to trade up.  That's not negative...that's reality.

If we learned anything... intangibles, identity don't matter as much as who you play. You need talent before anything else to beat good NFL teams.

But Tampa was the better match-up?

Fine… trade. He’s overpaid right now though, he’s not productive and oh yeah he’s counterproductive. I’ll take move up three spots in round five.

Now is the time to actually do something about it. They tried to keep saving him. Feel like he got more opportunity than many guys get. He was a first round pick. Watkins was coming on also. Drafted Smith super high. The cupboard was super bare. We were paying DJax and Alshon to not play. More than bare….in a sink hole. A clear void at WR 2. Or 1B.

So where would you rank our WR room league wide?

I wouldn’t say Hurts has been an elite NFL passer. He and the entire team were a step slow today ….pretty much on everything.

Is that Warner that just got hurt? Huge blow….oh no. That guy is fun to watch.

Best LB in the game today IMO

Then Cowboys score next play to close the gap.

I really want to see some breakdown film to help absorb everything that happened. Didn’t feel like our Oline won the day. To me that’s a big problem.

Let's ignore the 18 teams that didn't make the playoffs.   Of the 14 teams that did... we may be 13 or 14. There is a conversation with Tennessee,  SF and New England.  Not close to the other teams.

Hard to know with Hurts, thats why I say QB may be the issue. Smith could be a stud with the right guy passing to him. The fact he was ignored the entire first half STINKS

Yeah...gives new meaning to the term...."ANYBODY"

Yes.... by kind of games you mean decent NFL teams.

Samuel(1,405 yards), Aiyuk(826 yards) and I forget the other two guys…especially they have another good slot option.
