Not going to help if the play called does not have Smith as a first read.... 2 targets?

So many screen calls. They ate them up.

Exactly. We aren’t SB contenders. TB and GB are that in the NFC. So like I said: it feels like the whole NFC picture has been can GB get over the hump to the SB over Brady.

Well, one thing is for sure, We now know one reason Rogers only had 1 SB victory all those years under McCarthy. That dude stinks up the joint! Glad he is in Dallas...

It was like the early part of the year again it really was. Screen calls, short passes, easily identified plays.

Well, here is something to ponder. How well has HR done drafting a WR outside the top 15? I much better trust him drafting D-Line or any Defensive position over a WR....

Maybe, but we are in the RARE position of having 3 picks in round 1,when will that happen again??? if you miss on a drafted WR (like we did with Reagor) maybe THEN you grab a FA. We now have a young team I would rather draft more young guys and let them grow together rather than start the FA bargain bin WR shopping again. I would be fine if we drafted one AND got a FA. We need TONS of pieces. Howie sucks at LB's and S',so if I am spending money I spend it there

My feelings on Dak have gone 180. His comments about fans throwing trash at the Refs was Classless. If that were the Eagles, this would have been league wide news and broadcasted on every network until next year....

Known that for a long time. Can’t believe the Cowboys hired him. Not sure what he actually did for them though. But Rodgers was always butting heads with McCarthy. Clearly thought he was an idiot. But GB has been on a run of going to the NFC Championship since McCarthy and can’t get over that hump still. So more going on there than just McCarthy. Had they not drafted a QB in the first and add a weapon to help do they get over the hump? I’d say yes.

Said that, but that has no bearing on if you get the ball first or not

How do we know if he sucks at drafting a LB when he has never tried? Hicks was drafted in the third and he is doing fine. What safety did we draft in the top 20 in the past 10 years?

Yes, Bowles was all over it. He had two early run blitz calls that were perfect also.

Bowles did what all DCs should have done and no doubt will no look to do. Take away the run and force Hurts to beat you with his arm. Now look Bowles has the talent to do that and even then sometimes we will still get our run game going. But that is what you do to stop this team because Hurts can't throw downfield. He can't throw consistently and he misses reads.

Could totally change it all up. Could pick a C, LB, Rb or S with our three first rounders.Just do a complete 180

Well, this is the 3rd year under this new HC and they at least made the Conference finals the previous two. That should say something at least.

Short passes should have been the early game plan(in the 6-8 yards range as I mentioned before),THEN you can go to the running game. Their plan was to snuff our running game,Siri should have anticipated that. You saw a drive using the plan I paid out.....and we scored, but too far in the hole by then. We got to Brady early, but that also vanished. Once Brady goes on autopilot you have alot of work to do. I laid out how to beat them and we did the opposite

But when we open a crease against that you get the Scott run situation….nobody left of you break through…..TD. At least huge play.

Not SB titles added to the case.

IDK maybe he thinks he is in over his head? He doesn't draft CB's high much either,so his skills at seeing secondary talent are weak to non existent. he stick with what he knows, linemen and shiny objects

And that's why this offense is still going to get it going on the ground no matter who the opponents and what they do. Our OL can dominate and that's where we will get our breaks. And it's why against bad teams we dominate on the ground. They can't stop us. But good teams will.

Thats ONE lucky pick in eons, we need 3 LB's. Even a blind man will hit the pinata sometimes

Just felt like we got in our own way also. We didn’t stick to running it up the gut. But we looked a step slow across the whole team in all three phases.

Well, this is the year they need to make the dance IMO. First year as a HC is tough, no matter what you have. Last year was tough... But no excuse this time around IMO...

Don’t you blindfold for all piñata hits?

RB not needed. Besides if all teams stop our running game why do you want to add an additional failure? This team was started for Wentz(the build) not for Hurts. Now we are trying to fir a round peg in a square hole and it's not working

Exactly. Feels like it’s been the story all season. We’ve been waiting to see if ARod can beat Brady to go to the SB. Those two are clearly the cream of the NFC crop. Rams went all in to try and change things. Cards are steadily improving. Dallas….yeah…

Another division banner hanging at ATT while we wave the white flag

No Lb's, S or CB's drafted in the first round in the past 30 years.

List of WR's

Freddy Mitchell - 25

Jeremy Maclin - 19

Nelson Agholor - 20

Jalen Reagor - 21

Devanta Smith - 10

Not a good track record

I take that back. Lito Shepard was drafted at 25. Not a bad pick tho
