We ran the wishbone.... Hurts would have been ideal back then.

We ran-aground,we were awful LOL. Best season was the year I played(not because of me) we were 4-6 LOL. Unfortunately, like the Eagles that was enough to get into the big game(which tells you how bad the league was) and we got kicked. A few teams forfeited due to lack of players ,so we went

Samuel and tight end George Kittle have become the two most important pieces of the offense, both good enough to overcome the obvious limitations of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.

That’s really the question for Saturday night. Can phenomenal play from Samuel and Kittle overcome a quarterback with a propensity to make a big mistake at the worst time? The answer to that may very well determine the outcome of the game.

  SF will not beat GB. JG will most likely make a mistake like MOST other QB's do against GB, because they are down by 3 scores and try to do too much. I am not concerned what he does this week. But if you are, great!

Did you all hear the sound clip from Bowels during the game on Sunday? He said "He can”t Read”. It is worrying when any DC knows a QB cannot read your defenses. You don’t have to disguise anything. Just flush Hurts to his left and he is done.

  Look, He has played over 20 games now. He cannot read defenses? This is a real issue. You cannot get better at this by just looking at tape. You need practice to do so. We already know his arm strength is poor. Now he cannot read a defense. He has no feel in the pocket. He tucks the ball after a few seconds and takes off, instead of waiting that extra second to allow someone to get open.

I gotta be honest, for me not so much the one mistake, more so not really good enough the whole game.  He kept the Eagles in the game week 2.

The issue is the Eagles Don’t really have a move to make at QB… Jimmy G is a sideways Move doesn anyone thing he is a franchise QB??? Because I don’t maybe he is slightly better then Hurts is that worth trading for him???

The Eagles course is to keep building the team until they can get that franchise QB if they don’t think it’s a QB in this draft and we can’t get our hands on a Wilson only option is to ride with what we got. 
 

Unless Jimmy G get released then we can talk about him on a 1 year deal to compete 

Thinking Juju might be the ideal fit for us.

Outside of being an upgrade over Reagor in the slot giving the QB a larger target he also aids the ground game with his ability to block. 

You really have to wonder what happens if Gannon gets poached might be a long shot but he has got what 3-4 interviews of the 8 opening HC jobs 

Who does Gannon end up taking with him from Siri staff then how does Siri replace them 

Gannon is apparently the front-runner for the Texans job

I’m thinking Jared Mayo replaces Gannon if he is hired to be a HC.

Wouldn’t have a problem with Fangio but would he take a DC job under a coach like Siri ???

Also so far with his first staff Siri has seemed to favor younger coaches so thought I’d stick with that trend with Mayo

I have no clue. But if we were to draft 3-4 pieces for our Defense, he might be enticed for the challenge. The dude has shown results in SF and Chicago. I like the Turnover aspect of his coaching....
