Let’s get Landry

Cut because of brilliant backloaded contracts that make some people think their wise for having to cut a good player.

What was Landry's deal?

Looks like we are completing the switch.

The team praised him for completely changing the culture in Cleveland on and off the field.

I mean his $$$... you don't like his type of contract because in year 5 he had a game changing $1.5 mil of dead money?    They basically paid him just short of $60 mil for 4 years... pretty much the exact same as $75 mil for 5 years.    They didn't want to pay him the $15 or 16 mil this year.. I don't see how that is backloaded?  It's right at the average per year?

The Insider always breaking the news…..fifth hahaha

I’d see him as an OLB. Definitely could fill the Avery role like a beast! We going more 3-4. He likes his five man fronts also. This was a telling signing. Adapt mock drafts accordingly.

Wouldn’t consider him an off the ball LB or a DE.

Reddick could be used as a LB/S hybrid blitzer?

Now….would you call him a 3-4 OLB?

15 mil per for three years on Riddick

Looks like a bargain

I don’t think he’s a S at all. Stand up rusher is what I’d call him. Not a MLB type either.

He’s capable of being the Rush Backer that occasionally drops back. At that price ….you wants sacks and QB pressure.

Think Gannon will have to be creative to utilize him properly. He’s very undersized for what I’d consider his role to be. Gannon preaches multiplicity. So what’s important to me though is: where and how he’s lined up in Nickle and Dime packages.

That’s tough to judge. Not chump change.

More than Sweat. So I’ll put that as the bar for his production going forward. Hopefully both of them take QB heads.

Landry and Whitehead next and we are kicking butt.

I wanted Kirk. But I was thinking he might be second tier. Wasn’t going to outbid Jax on that one.

Riddick is so incredibly athletic. I’m sure I’ll learn much more about him.

I was thinking more like lining in S spot occasionally as a "try and stop me" blitzer.

Nice addition in Reddick been one of the better pass rushers over the last two years only 27

Riddick is 235 pounds

Really small for a DE.

Maybe but panthers run a 43 and they found ways to get him after the QB and he produced 11 sacks.

I love how the manufactured hype train is rolling for Minshew. Feel like we leakedthe Story of his trade interest. Doesn’t seem remotely like a true option the Colts are going after. Just need the perception that he’s considered a starting option for somebody. Then the next very desperate somebody maybe takes the bait on him.

I would trade Minshew and pick(s) for Love. GB would still need a BU QB and shew is good enough for that. GB has always selected and groomed top notch QB's,so since they know what they are doing I would have NP bringing Love in here. Sit a year behind Hurts, but I doubt he(Love) would want to wait 4 more years to play. So what are we waiting for? I would at least make an offer

Maybe they will surprise us with 2 blitzes per game instead of one
