No it’s probably real Minshew has been better then Hurts throughout his early career and if he was here at the start of camp last year would have easily destroyed Hurts in competition

love this signing! Seems HR is finally listening to his coaches and addressing a position left out for years. Not sure they ignore this position in the draft, but now probably not a round 1 need. I am thinking D-Line and CB for two of the picks. I can see us signing a vet presence at WR and trading the 3rd first round pick to grab a #1 next year plus possibly a 2nd additional pick this year. This would help solidify the WR and LB position. Grab a CB and D-Line to help there. Not sure what we do round 2 but this could be a huge rebuild year for us.

Falcon now a sleeper team in the mix for Watson that could be a pretty big change up for QBs. If Falcons get Watson means Ryan is out the do likely part of the deal to get Watson.

Then you have to wonder if the Texans would keep Ryan or look to a him for even more picks. 

Watson also had talks with the 49ers not sure how the 49ers can swing that trade. But I mean if we could sneak a 1st for Lance I would take it lol.

Sure, Colts bailed on Wentz for Shew. Seemed like a quality GM and coach. Think that would be enough to get them fired there.

Lol... so if we sign a FA WR then we don't have to draft one in the first round.  If we don't sign a FA WR, that means they signed elsewhere and so we don't have to draft one in the first.

We don't have to draft one in the first.... never did.   But also, whatever happens in FA shouldn't stop us from drafting a WR in round one... if it's thr best player there.

Makes zero sense because the WR that get signed left a team opening up a need for them then. Will there be a quality WR in round 2 sure but FA to me has little to do with why I believe that fact is there is quality players in every round just have to find them

IDK look at GB's history. Seems to me they always find keepers as opposed to teams(of course they develop them also) like us who lose/deflate good QB's and grab as many .500 guys we can find(plug and play for .500 annual bronze contenders). I see no reason to "get off" Love. Obviously your opinion differs,but that has no bearing on me changing mine. I will however review some vids on him to see if I change my mind

Yeah wait till the young prospects are gone, then snatch up those old men-RERUN. I thought we wanted out of that circus????? But you want to go back there? WR room could use a QB. Ward is a vet and don't we pay BIG money for coaches to teach them what they don't know?. Rook or vet either you can run routes or you can't. Either you can catch or you can't.Both require a competent QB who can get them the ball when that window opens and make the play(Reagor fails to do this part). While there may be subtle nuances for a WR who has 6,7 years in the books, the fact remains if he fails to do the above he will be looking for work. Smith got 900+ yards as a ROOKIE and we didn't pass for 6 weeks(or run as we watched the Jalen Hurts Show lol). If we had started off strong he would have had over 1,000 easily. Alot of "vets' Didn't make that. Now get some kind of threat OPPOSITE him and he will be fine. I'm not sure JJ or Chase took alot of advice from vets,they did the job they were drafted to do. Ours can do that too

What is the history.  Favre and Rodgers... for like 30 years.   Who else??? There was a dude who had a great game vs Detroit and signed with Seattle only to lose the job to rookie Russell Wilson.   Forget his name...  who else that you are seeing that I'm completely missing???

Is Reddick going to be a DE or a LB in our system??? He was a LB for the Panthers again not sure why we would try to change what has worked for him. Had 11 sacks as well while being listed as a Lb for the Panthers
