Saint and Falcons not great teams( O lines). The Bucs were, so like I said I can't get excited until I see him play HERE

You don't have to get excited until you see him HERE.   It's still a significant investment and a major move....whether it's right or wrong.

No he was IN 16 games his last year in AZ,he PLAYED in 11/16. So his snap count and stats DROPPED off in NC. I hoipe he gets back to the way he played in AZ and not in NC

If we get the NC version... it's something we haven't had here in a decade.   That would be pretty significant.

If you say so LOL. I don't consider it a blockbuster, obviously you do

Yea so he played in 16 games like I said lol he started 11…. And to top it all off he played more snaps his final year in AZ then he his season in Carolina.

Let’s not even add the fact he was an OLB in a 34 in AZ playing next to Chandler Jones. Vs playing as a 43 LB in Carolina…

With all that he produced 1.5 fewer sacks in 20 fewer snaps

As it should be lol but you should be saying that about any player we sign…. By that logic shouldn’t be excited about any player we sign until you see them play

It's significant..... blockbuster..  idk what you mean by that...like an all time move?     You throw out 8 figures a year...it's a major move for any team.    Regardless if any of us like it or not.

You brought up cap space and money yourself ... so you realize that spending the money is what makes something significant... the money was spent.

Wish I could find the breakdown of pass rushing snaps for Reddick over the last 2 seasons.

341 run defense snaps, 438 pass rush snaps, 73 snaps in coverage. This was the snap breakdown for Carolina

I can’t find the snap breakdown of Reddicks 874 snaps his final year in AZ

I'm an Eagles fan ... what is a sack? 😆

Wow... 438 pass rushes and 11 sacks?  That's something for sure we haven't seen here in a while.

My only real question is how do we plan to use Reddick he played 34 OLB in AZ pretty sure in Carolina they played him as a rush LB.

Will the Eagles keep him playing like that or will we try and force him to play with his hand in the ground.

I don't really care... if he rushes the passer 438 times and gets 11 sacks.  That's something we haven't had here, my guess would be Jason Babin?

438 snaps in 16 games you said he played last year.  27 pass rush snaps per game... that's pretty good.  Where he rushes from won't really matter with that production

There's been a bit of rumbling in Chiefs country about his domestic problems. Maybe Andy wanted to unload him while he still has good value.

They failed at coming up with an extension for aging speed and quickness player. Real smart move. Cut bait two years early instead of late. What a haul? They just brought in JuJu….probably draft s WR early to restock this draft. Boom….Championship Window wide open.

IDK "reunion" pick ups scream "we don't know what we're doing so we'll go back to what we knew before because that makes us comfortable" IMO it screams lack of confidence.

It’s confidence in a cheap vet option. Great practice and work ethic. As a fourth or fifth WR move. Not every move is WR1. Solid routes and catching. Great enthusiastic blocker.

Wins soooo quick when he does too!

I think the opposite.  The space Hill created for the offense is something we haven't seen before.  The Hill / Kelce combo, you needed 4 guys to cover that.    In that division,  they are in trouble.

I remember "the dream team". I will leave it there

I don't recall me ever doing that, being excited before they played. A "blockbuster" is in my view a +, you can also have a mass disaster which is a -  But that is just how I think. Spending money is not significant to me, anyone can do that if they have more than enough money, if it's a failure, it is money wasted, which when a failure is more significant because not only did you screw up, you have screwed the team for a long time. Once again I state Howie got a LB because he CANNOT DRAFT ONE and somehow this is seen as "success". To me it's a continuation of the FAILURE to get the pieces in place to draft what you need moving forward. I believe we have finally gotten the WR bug off our backs(the pipeline I always preach about),but this still continues at LB,CB after how long???? We are fine with TE's and are OK with RB's. At any rate,I hope they made the right call signing him to 3 years. We shall see

Again..  they were significant moves.. that didn't work out.   Two different things.

Yes sir! I was real excited when I heard the news from Joe about Reddick.

Mmmmm you would like to think so but there is a reason why not every 34 OLB is equally as good as a 43 DE and vice versa.

If he gets 11 sacks in 438 pass rushing downs.  That works.  The result would be there.

Yea standing up lol what don’t you get about that he rushed almost exclusively standing up.

Graham looks good as a 43 DE he didn’t look that good as a 34 OLB.

Some guys it effects others it doesn’t not rocket science Joe. Saying he was effective rushing the pass rusher standing up doesn’t mean he will be effective rushing the pass rusher with his hand in the ground

Because my original post, you don't seem to get.   Originally I said I don't care where he lines up if he gets 11 sacks in 438 rush attempts.

You follow now?   Meaning the results would already be in.
