You do not see All Pro Tackles coming out of the 3rd round or later every year. We were lucky with the Aussie! Yes, other positions will produce a all-star, but not nearly as often as you see from the WR position. At least I cannot think of one. Maybe RB and TE... But that is about it....

LBs, C and G consistently do. But I see the point your making. Just comes down to having great scouting.

Well, Won't be the last time. Doesn't matter as we will not go after him. Also SF will most likely not trade him. Good way for HR to get fired though. I would enjoy that!

SF might not trade him. But Rosie has been sniffing hard around getting a vet Wr. Ridley was rumored as maybe even a first round pick in that trade. I’d rather give up a first and two thirds for Deebo than even just a second for Ridley.

Ham, this is just not going to happen. How can we sign him, even if Howie came up with a trade? We only have like 15 mil Cap Space. Signing him would cost us 25 Mil per and strap us for years! If this team was ready to compete for a title I could see going for someone like him, but we are years away from that! To strap this team with a contract like that is just not feasible.

This is why I am glad when the draft is over every year. All the fantasy ideas finally end and we can move on.

Looks like Deep is asking for a trade.   Wouldn't surprise me if he ends up on the Jets.

Joe, I love the draft as it is fun to toss around the possible players we could add. but you are right about these acquisition ideas.

Deebo

Texans would be a good place for him. plus they have the cap space....

I don't think the Texans give up the assets..they need a QB.  Jets seem like perfect spot....Indy would too,  but not sure they would have the assets.

We get an extra 15 mil come June. But Rosie backloads everything anyway. The money is there.

Did you read why he wanted to be traded? It was not about money. He does not want to be used as a RB in addition to a WR. He wants only to be a WR and is not happy with how SF used him. Apparently he is worried about his longevity of his career.....

He wants out of SF because of how he is used. So, now how do you deem him? As Only a WR...... Maybe others are better suited?

And some of the fantasy ideas come true. Some we hadn’t even considered. Good stuff. Most the time more disappointing…but we’ll see.

Things have gotten rough with that fan base with him. They should be all about him but the vocal few are spoiling it. I think he has concerns about Lance also.

He had a whole tweet about if it isn’t 25 mil we aren’t interested…so let’s not go overboard that it isn’t about the money. Definitely wants to get paid being a second rounder that’s First Team All Pro.

NFL.com reporting seems to agree with me making this statement:

He could find such a role with almost every team in the NFL and is likely aware of this reality, making a trade request more logical from his perspective

I agree it is about money, but he does not want to negotiate with SF. He stated he Does NOT want to be used as a RB wherever he goes.

KC and GB directly refused to pay Hill and Adams. So I can’t understand why they would be mentioned.

He chose SC to play college ball then went to SF. Totally different cultures. Not too mention some of the fan base problems. We don’t know what personal issues have arisen with anybody there in the organization also. No Mas really doubted he was available to be traded. To me it felt like there is some things more under the surface that we couldn’t even realize. Feels like he definitely wants to be trade now. So I’m all in on getting him. To me he makes perfect sense for us.

TB paid Godwin and Evans and brought back some guys. They are capped strapped and make little sense to be mentioned either IMO.

He would be a nice replacement in GB

So how do we know there wasn't FO friction. Alot of guys leave because of it

GB offered Adams 25 Mil per year. They just would not guaranty enough plus Adams wanted to play with Carr. More to it than some know. Adams has a home in LV. He is best friends with Carr.

GB makes allot of sense if you think about it. They have a RB so Deebo would not have to worry about the RB position. They have a QB that will get him the ball and a Coach that knows how to win.

Thinking Pitts moves up for a QB.They would want our 15 I'm sure. IDK if id' do that. Would give us 18 and 20+ but further away from the "stud zone"

Makes no sense. You let Adams go that formed the best tandem in NFL history with ARod so you can get Deebo? Paying ARod forced their hand. They can’t do it.

Hill was negotiating with KC. There wouldn’t have been a whole negotiation thing if that was the case.

Those are all strong good points for me to consider.
