I was looking for the article I read awhile back on Robinson but can’t remember where it is.

40 guys could have a first round grade. Not all could go in 32 picks. Guys don’t always get picked where their grade calls for.

All i know is i'll be pissed if i stay up to watch the draft and they trade out of the 1st round.

SO how can you say only 15 guys have a round 1 grade then??? because 32 guys will be picked in round 1

You are separating each draft class from each other. This is not how to grade players. You are grading them on the same scale always. So a guy this draft is graded on a scale comparing to JJ Watt draft class and so on. Does any player here deserve to get the same grade as Burrow? Heck no. There still will be a guy taken number one though.

Your confusing where guys will be picked from there grade. Different things all together.

So 32 guys have a round 2 grade. It happens EVERY draft LOL. What are teams going to say "I'm not picking this yer at 25,I will carry that over?" lol

Your lost in where guys will be picked and there grade as an NFL prospect. Just not the same thing. Trying to help you understand the difference.

Fact remains it could be the worst draft class EVER where the talent stinks,but still 32 guys will be round 1 graded(because you compare them with the rest of that draft class)

Is Malik Willis Arod? NO but he has a round 1 draft grade,it's YOU who don;t understand

This draft I’d say has quality depth. But not much on the star power front. Bunch of day two level talent. Has nothing to do with where guys will be drafted. Rating players isn’t based on the next guy in this class at his position. Rating system doesn’t change year to year. You’re compared to all time players. Every player ever drafted and played in the league.

You can only work with what the draft class offers you, you cannot compare previous draft classes. Every year is different,,still you grade them by what is AVAILABLE,not what you DREAM they are

Exactly. Rating a player isn’t saying where he’ll go in THIS draft. Your rating his NFL potential and readiness.

OK then I'm refusing to pick this year because the draft class stinks. I will hold my picks for when better players come along(GL if you think the NFL will allow this)

You are combining two totally different things. A guys rating for his NFL readiness and potential isn’t the same as where he ranks versus the rest of this one draft class.

You have to rank players vs the other players in THIS draft

And this has ZIP to do with previous or future drafts. Whether they succeed or not is a different thing,but there are 32 guys rated round 1 picks(and this can vary by team)

Could be a huge class of pass rushers. Four guys could have massive ratings of NFL potential and readiness. Doesn’t mean all will be taken number one. That’s a whole different thing. Your NFL potential and readiness is a measure you use every year that doesn’t change. You don’t just go way up because this year’s class is weak at the position. See the difference? Nobody is saying all the picks won’t be made. Nothing to do with that at all. But is every year’s pick at the same overall spot equal? Absolutely not.

Do you rate Hutchinson as high as Burrow? That’s rating the player for NFL readiness and potential. Both could be number one pick of their class….but far from equal. Two different things. See the difference?

Nope you need to separate whether they can transition or not. Has nothing to do with being ranked as a round 1 pick. Round 1 picks are "best guesses"

Ranking players versus his own class is separate from rating a players NFL readiness and potential. Two totally different things here.
