I’m seeing Simmons as scoring 16 points per game with 8 rebounds and 8 assists. That’s basketball talent to me. Not All Star level for sure. Doing that at the highest level is solid production.

I’m seeing Simmons sitting on the bench and hasn’t played an entire year even after being traded. Did have time to file a grievance for the 20m we didn’t pay him for not playing though

There was this guy that was undersized. But he was quick, handle the ball and pass. Great leadership and intangibles. But couldn’t shoot very well. That guy was Steve Nash. Hall of Famer.

Yeah... phenomenal basketball talent.   Simmons got stats on athletic ability.  Different.  Ultimately it's why Nash is better.

I haven't been able to post for some reason.   But my concern for a guy like Davis...is he should be a top 3 pick with his combine stuff and position that he plays.  It's obvious that the concerns are his football skills.

From what I've been seeing...I would guess Hamilton is going to have a better career than Davis.

Two players equal... the dominant DT should be picked before the dominant S.  If the DT drops, I would be more skeptical.

On the radio it Elliot Shore Parks..   ( wasn't he on the Cosby Show?)

Said the Eagles are possibly going to trade up with Carolina if the player falls.   They need picks and would be ideal.

Then he thinks Davis or a WR at 15.    With CB being the backup position after WR or DL.

He tests great. Is huge. But came off the field on passing downs.

He's a KID LOL. He will get better as most do. So stuffing the run and making an opponent 1 dimensional is a bad thing? If I can force a team to be 3rd and 10 often,I will take that all day Perhaps they didn't ask him to do more at Georgia, doesn't mean he CAN'T. But perhaps Wyatt is a better fit for us. I would just hate to give up someone with that high of a ceiling who tested "out of the park" at the combine. Maybe I can find another user for him on 3rd downs. It's not like Cox has been lighting up his pass rush. But we'll see. Wyatt maybe a better fit without giving up anything IDK. It's just we are pretty good with linemen,so if he can blossom on passing downs,I think we'd have a pro bowler. Bit once gain at what price. We have the draft ammo to move about anywhere. Just depends what(if anything) we'd need to give up. if it's too high, the go with Wyatt because lord knows we have an abundance of holes to fill

Hamilton the S played like possibly the best player in this draft. Didn’t run well though in the measurable events. Where you take him at?

He's alot like Davis to me. IDK that I would move up much for him. There's something about him that gives me pause. I can't put my finger on it, perhaps it's that he is inconsistent. I guess you can say that about Davis also. S is a HUGE hole, so maybe you are right. I also know Howie loves his pass rush which fell off this year(even vs the crap teams we played) so I know he wants that addressed(which leads me to Johnson). IDK which way we go,I hope they are smarter than me

WOW that would be a HUGE move up. If I'm going that route then I go after Sauce. He is a shut down CB for a decade. If we're going to give up that much he is my target(I would LOVE it,he was my very first target). That would be a 15 to 6 move. With Slay that would be enormous, even after Slay goes away you are still left with only 1 CB spot to fill for a LONG time

Thanks for sharing your opinions. Will state I don’t think Davis was that dominant. Hamilton absolutely was.

https://www.nflmockdraftdatabase.com/big-boards/2022/consensus-big-board-2022?pos=CB     So if we moved to 6 we are looking at sauce or Stingley IMO. The consensus is Sauce is gone at 4 to the Jets, but who knows? Seems like too heavy of a lift to me for a NON QB,but Howie loves to make splashes(and that would do it) But if I'm going "all in",I go for sauce which would be a trade with Houston at 3

Sauce just looks too good. Feel he’s going top five. Just don’t think we can get up enough for him. Panthers need Dillard. That’s why we could be a good trade partner potentially. Thibs is the guy that could be worth that move though. If you believe he won’t be a bust. Wilson would be worth that move. Hamilton next. But that’s just my opinion. They could view Stingley higher than Hamilton. Would I be upset getting Stingley? Nope, be great! That’s pretty much all the guys worth going up to get in my mind.

BTW according to the BB Thib goes at 7,so a move to 6 for him???

We had the same though about Thib LOL. The fans would go WILD

So if we gave up our own next years 1 and NO sucks like we all think they will, we would still be in a high position to take a QB. Risky, but could work. Do you roll that dice?

Jimmy G and Deebo. Both are very likely getting traded during the draft. But the Niners don’t have picks.

Panthers have to get a QB

IDK that Jimmy is worth a round 1. Deebo is so that's a possible, but they will want more than a single round 1

Shew and our 15 LOL

Maybe SF trades them both to Carolina

Should be a really wild beginning to this draft

Be very interesting to see what Jimmy G is worth. I’ve stated Deebo at a first and two thirds.

Carolina has great fast WR. They have a struggling Oline and Darnold however.

Yeah, love him -DJ Moore he is an annual WR fantasy pick for me lol

I’d trade Shew for a shot to take a chance on Zappe

If what Joe says is true, then Thib would be a great asset, but it's a heavy lift. I wish we didn't lack in so many places or that would be a no brainer

We are the Eagles….we believe an elite pass rusher covers up other holes.
