He's more consistent.Say what you want but I watched TB for many years.I never said Brady was infallible, but he offers them the consistency to build off of not the sporadic play of Winston

Did you watch the first 2 Tampa games?

I don't know that they weren't neither do you.I don;t know what his contract demands were, neither do you,or if he turned teams down because he didn;t want to play there.I heard he was offered more money but chose NY,so obviously SOMEONE was knocking on the door

So he turned down more money to play with the Giants ... who just lost Barkley.    Logic would state that he wouldn't want to come here behind Sanders then right?  He is looking for a gig where he can get as much playing time as possible?     So with that, can't really blame the Eagles.   They have been bringing guys in, due diligence,  as a fan you would kind want that right.  You like when they bring in possible draft picks for interviews ...etc.?

Reagor's injury does have one positive aspect in that it will allow us to peak into the future when we don't have Desean, which will either be later this season due to injury or after this year due to the salary cap.

I think Burnett, Ward, JJAW and Hightower will all get an equal number of snaps. Hopefully someone grabs the #2 WR job and brings some clarity to the situation both for the next few weeks as well as for the future.

I think JJAW should get shipped to Abu Dhabi when he shows up at practice today, just like Nermal was so many Mondays in Garfield.  Give him a few holes to breathe.

I'm just pissed we are 0-2 lol. It comes out in various forms and rashly worded barbs and innuendo lol. "Reagor was the piece we needed to win".Not seeing it.He's a rook, but you don't lose speed by turning pro,so why can;t Wentz take his drop and wing it since we have 2 speed guys?.Teams through week 2 play us for 15 yards and in and they are successful doing it because we rarely launch one

We launched it a ton against the Foreskins in week 1.  It sucks they didn't connect, but they attempted it.  Wentz wasn't accurate, Reagor hesitated on his deep post, and then Wentz got murdered the rest of that game, and a lot was his fault for holding on to the ball (some not).  The Rams played cover 2 deep, and gave them everything underneath.  You know why they did that?  Because they were scared of Reagor and Desean beating them deep.  The offense didn't execute, and Wentz made more heroic decisions instead of taking what the defense gives him.

Wentz can't just "take his drop and wing it" every week.  There needs to be a better game plan, Wentz needs to execute the easy plays that are in front of him, he needs to be protected better than he was in week 1, and this vanilla coaching staff needs to figure out how to adjust when teams figure them out in the first quarter.

Saying Reagor had surgery could be out till Nov. and we promoted Williams CB to active roster

Maddox is one of the worst ranked corners by PFF. He definitely looked bad against the Rams. I don't think he gets benched yet, but I doubt that his leash is very long given that Williams, if healthy, is a decent corner.

Yeah some of it

So Alshon was at practice with a helmet so some good news.... Also seems like we moved Herbig over to LG which I still don’t understand since he seemed to just be getting his footing at RG.

Pryor was at RG

I imagine the Colts were interested.I'm sure as you said he wants to be the feature back, while he can be one.I would still add one in the event Sanders gets hurt, because at this point we have nothing to lose

LOL so yeah lets give up the deep ball AND the running game. Thats what we do.The D covers us on a few deep ones, then they know we stop attempting it.We are always "predicatable" and D's plan around it

I see nothing wrong with picking up Miller or Crowell. Why wait until they are all gone THEN Sanders gets hurt and we need one and once again we settle for whoever is out there

I mean can’t predict injuries just is what it is

Joe,Brady is new in TB. He is still more consistent than Winston ever dreamed of being. Once he gets the chemistry down they will be a force to reckon with(on offense).Looks so far though, like Gronks return is a fail, but the jury is still out. TB needs to work on their defense and maybe a few more pieces on O,but Brady gives them consistency to plan ahead.I suspect Brady plays one more year next year, then hangs it up.

Why always us though, are we jinxed? We can't keep guys on the field and it's an annual thing

Tra Thomas said something about Pryor's footwork being a little off at LG as compared to when he played RG, so maybe the decision to switch them is related to that. I know Herbig played both spots in college, so he should be fine on the left.

I did think that Lane and Herbig did really well blocking together in the run game, and I would expect him to move back to the right side once Seumalo returns.

I mean not really just us does seem that way though at times but week 2 in the nfl was just brutal in terms of injuries

Alshon Jeffery practicing.

Think I read 17 starters went down

Hey - we're actually the favs this week! Doesn't mean anything if our QB keeps trying to play the hero

Possibly be he enter the game off the bench and is used to RG... But seemed alright at LG and if we gave him reps his footwork should work itself out....

Idk just not a fan of moving Herbig when he finally seemed to getting his footing at RG

We are nearly the same on talent on both sides of the ball.I think we can beat them on the ground. If we lose this,we need to lose out to get a top 5 draft pick lol.I am starting Djax in fantasy. On the ground and long balls they are susceptible.I still have Wentz benched for Murray but maybe Djax can give me some numbers.I think at the moment their WR's are better than ours. Mixon and Sanders should both do well, although I like our run D better than theirs(Cleveland mopped the floor with them) We have a nice edge with TE's/short passing game.We both lack a pass rush of any consequence I see a fairly high scoring game which should be fun to watch. This one will be on both teams secondary play.IDK,maybe Alshon can get a couple "shake off the rust" snaps in if he feels up to it

We make move moves than UHaul

The one reason I think we actually win this... Is because of the battle in the trenches. Despite our struggles we are better on both sides of the ball in the trenches. Their DL is not good and their OL is the worst in football.

Yeah I said we can beat them on the ground

No idea why they would make this decision unless Pryor is just so horrific at LG that they didn't have a choice.  I don't believe that to be the case.

Now we have an UDFA practice squad guard that had a devastating start to his season against an absolute ferocious DL in Washington.  Then he completely rebounds and has a great game in week 2.  Now they're gonna switch him to the other side.  I hope he is mentally tough.  If they did something like this with Dillard, he would wet his pants, steal the football, and run home.

Don’t believe this is the case either from what I heard he played well when he had to fill in for Semaulo  now just give him reps

I know we won't do it,but I want Micah Parsons for our Mike(Penn LB) with out first pick if he declares.I would hope they break with history. He'd be a great piece for calling a LB blitz. At the rate we are playing now,we'd have a shot at him.Love his non stop motor and "you're mine" attitude.Just sayin.
