That's great...but it leaves doubt within the organization.  He is a popular player as a person... the type of guy the league wants to promote.   If we move on, it has to be zero doubt...even for guys like Ham. No injuries. We need to see his ceiling.

I don't think he is going to suck.   The issue is will he be good enough for the big contract.   Mediocre isn't good enough either unless it's a guy on his rookie deal that is ascending... and you can use excuses with the surrounding talent.   Hurts will be year 3 with outstanding surrounding casts...Protection and weapons.    No excuse not to be a top guy... who else us in better position in the NFC?  Tampa, LA might be the only teams you can look at with better offensive situations?   Maybe Minnesota... who else?

Can't use " they pass too much"  anymore either.   Your best weapons ( no Sanders isn't it) are the 2 WRs and the TE.    Should be passing more than running with this group.  No diapers or training wheels. No excuses.   He doesn't need to " carry the offense " the offense should succeed in the passing game with the weapons we have.  Should be top 3 or 5 passing offense in the NFC
