But he's still got to throw the ball. I mean yeah I agree they should run more but how much more? Sanders had 18 carries on Sunday I think and Wentz dropped back 47 times. I mean is a swing of 7 going to make a huge difference? 40 drop backs vs 25 runs? Do you go further and have 35 drop backs and 30 runs? But now you're putting a lot of wear and tear on your RB.

Carson is credited with 47 pass attempts we passed more though they don’t take into account the pass plays he took off and ran on and when he was sacked...We likely called well over 50 passes.... I think if you run Miles 23-25 times get Scott 5-10 couple to Clement really any break down you want.

I think anything to take pressure off Wentz will be massive aid... Also think instead of it being 3rd and 10 plus because we opted for 3 straight passes instead of maybe 3 and 5 because we ran once or twice would make a huge difference especially when the ground games working like it was vs Cincy and LA

Its a difficult one though one I think. I mean he's supposed to be the franchise QB. He's on a huge contract and you'd like to think that he could handle pressure. And yet so far all signs in his career seem to be that actually he can't and that may be the biggest concern.

My biggest thing is I think Wentz is trying to hard to make plays he feels that he has to be the one to make them and Doug and Co. are doing him no favors consistently making him pass 40+ times a game.

Think the biggest aid to Wentz right now is less from him. Lean on the ground game limit the times Wentz has to throw. I thought Cincy was the perfect game for that since they had a poor run D but instead think we ran 12-14 designed runs compared to over 20 pass plays in the first half to a close game

Here is my thing.   Russell Wilson... Aaron Rodgers .... Drew Brees   ..... all franchise QBs... all with ONLY one SB.   Why is that?  I believe it has nothing to do with them.  I believe it has to do with the team that was put around them.  The years that they won SBs those particular QBs had the best teams.

Why I mention this ... last year at the end, nobody questioned our QB.  He led a crap team to win the crappiest division in football and to a playoff birth.   So for me... instead of concerning myself with how the QB can " be a franchise guy and carry a bad team"   I'm more concerned with how he performs with a good team, can he take that type of team all the way?    So yes, since 2017 the team's results have not been as good... the QB relies on a lot of things ...play calling, protection, a running game, defense, his receiving weapons .... look at each one of those things since 2017.  This team has a lot of work to do, I don't want it to be " salvaged" by the QB.  I want it to be good, and for the QB to take it all the way.   WE need players!!!!!!!

On other notes of this team.

RB- Sanders is a stud think we could use a better compliment to him like Scott as a niche role player not sure he is the best backup.

WR- think there is a ton of promise in the rooks but until they show something they are unknown can’t wait to get rid of the old heads though

TE- we have two good ones when healthy still like the idea of moving Ertz sooner rather then later. Maybe not this year but off season.

OL- Herbig is a decent surprise...Hated the JP move and think it is showing why I wasn’t a fan T is a massive ???? For this team

He did so with a run of 4 wins against 4 bad football teams. And I say this not to bash Wentz but to offer a balance and context. Because at this point in his career I think it is fair to question Wentz. It is fair to suggest that actually perhaps he's a good QB but nothing more.

On D..

CB- think it’s time to move Mills back be the opposite CB to Slay move Maddox I to the 3rd S role when Parks is healthy he get the crack as the starter.

LB- honestly think I’d take the growing pains with our raw rookie at this point can’t be worse then what we have gotten

DL- really not much we can do right now maybe give Ostman a look as the 4th

If they don't even give the guys they drafted this year a chance then what was the point in drafting them? I know you want to give these young guys time and you want to develop them but they can't be any worse than the utter dross they are putting out there right now.

Come on now they not even on the same level.... Freeman is very good especially if healthy and should not be underestimated for sure. But Barkley completely different level.

He;s good enough to run us over,so that issue is moot

Hightower, JJAW, Jeffery and DJax aren't practicing today. I think Ward and Watkins are the only two healthy receivers, which isn't ideal. I imagine that Burnett and Fulgham will be active Sunday.

I'm available at TE.I will accept league minimum lol.I guess they lost my number again

Seems to be the new "motto"-"Punt Eagles Punt"

Fearless... Except when I don't trust my team.

#Eagles Carson Wentz has thrown at least 2 INTs in each game this season, he's completing under 60% of his passes, fumbled 3 times and despite throwing at least 40 passes each game has yet to have a 300-yard passing day despite playing in OT vs Cincy [his season high is 270].

But hey makes perfect sense to keep throwing it 40+ times a game

This is the week for Wentz to burn me cause I put the 9ers Defense in fantasy lol.I hope I get my a** kicked(we shall see)

We do still have a top 10 run D we aren’t that bad defending the run just saying.... Plus until I see Freeman healthy not putting to much stock in him especially as the led back

I’m available also lol might be to small to be a TE and to slow to be a WR but I got sure hands lmao

With no WR's to speak of,we are easily 1 dimensional. They will stack the box,sit back and pick Wentz off all day

Yep,we can't keep guys on the field

We can't say Sanders is a stud yet.Through 3 games we have played crappy teams with an 0-2-1 record. Now it gets TOUGH.I'm not ready to annoint him yet

AGree,I said before there is no fire, that they go through the motions for a paycheck.Thats great, but you need to win games

Certainly looks the case with JP. Fletch did show some fight and some heart especially late on against Cincinnati. But yeah overall I just don't see a team that's ready to fight its way out of the hole they are in.

He ran over the Rams also and dominated the ending stretch of last year as well.... This year he been running strong behind a meh OL and would have had possible TD reception if Wentz didn’t miss him

It will take him a few games more to get up to full speed. He should be better than last week.maybe he was never a "Stud" in ATL,but he did some damage and thats enough for me to say don;t write him off as a has been quite yet

IDK why they allow some fans in some stadiums but none in others. The rules should be league wide. if there are say 5,000 people instead of 80,000,that still gives you motivation to play

A top 10 run D vs some pretty **** teams doesn't impress me.We played 1 decent team out of 3 and have one tie to show for it
