Gone now are the days of players playing with a chipped tooth ,a bloody lip,a broken nose. Now its 5 games off for a chipped nail, smeared eye liner or being called the wrong pronoun. Wussies whining about wanting a new contract because they "only" make 14 million and "what's his name" makes 15 and it's not fair and I will whine outside in the parking lot in my new Vette until I get my way, because everyone needs to kiss my arse or I won't play a game I used to love playing for free because now I can hold you hostage

Well I don’t think the hard helmets helps much. That definitely has done plenty of damage on its own. So really having a cushioned outside is probably a good idea all the time. Who says helmets have to so hard on the outside?

I was going to say the old school thing of guys who like to hit hard, but that's illegal nowadays and after what we've seen guys go thru over the yrs, it's prolly not a bad idea.

TB may have lost their C Jensen, carted off.

Bubble ball. Maybe they take health risks playing, but that's why they get MILLIONS and while I am all for being as safe as possible, there comes a point where the game is not the same again. When you sign up for the military you understand you could be killed. In football you sign up to make big money with the understanding you could be hurt. if you don't like that set up, then become a plumber. It's like joining the USMC,then demanding you not be shot at. You probably won't be hurt as a Wal-Mart cashier, so maybe they need to do that instead. All these people attended COLLEGE. So it's not like they have no career moves. They made the choice to play, they need to take responsibility for any outcome that produces

Why play the game? Maybe you need to start the WUSS league(aka bubble ball). I don't watch boxing or UFC because I like to see people dance. Football used to be a sport for tough guys, now it's prima donnas and getting worse every season. I want helmets in place for every person who plays in the PBA or PGA. I mean you could be hit by a flying ball at any time. Maybe we need helmets in the NBA too

That's great 19th century thinking.   Personally if they played without helmets it wouldn't bother me.  Tackling properly, wrapping up etc.  They played without helmets and then leather ones at the start.   I would imagine those guys were tough?

Dick Vermeil didn't let the guys drink water... maybe we go back to that?

I'm not really concerned about it, we have a situation at QB I'm focused on that’s just a tinge more important at the moment

No helmets in Rugby, ask Mailata. Just put them all in armor, then nobody gets hurt

I think full body armor is in order. Will be tough on receivers who jump for a living, but you know safety first

Jalen Hurts

The punter

A helmet used in training camp.

Obviously Hurts comes 3rd on priority list.  4th if we add Kelly Green unis.

They have filtered water in Novacare...  the players are getting soft.  Break out the hoses.  Bunch of wussies.

IDK how bad the water is in Philly. I spent my youth drinking out of garden hoses and I survived just fine

Gnats working up tempo.

Talking heads saying dullass needs to get their running game going. Should be fun watching them do that with their OL probs.

Sounds like the D got yhe better of the O today according to Kempski. I'm on board the Carson Strong wagon, would really like to see him succeed and stay healthy

🤣Adding "POP" to the WUSS factor

Jason Kelce not buying the hype

Was just pasting that!

Not a baseball fan, this was too funny

Man, you can see how these helmets  are changing the game.  Kelce could barely snap the ball.  This is a huge issue.   These helmets are going to affect the quality of play come November.   Total game changer here.

In an unimportant part of practice, some guy struggled throwing the football... but no big deal.     The lunch menu was pretty good they say.

Sweat and Reddick will be the two starting OLB

With these new helmets it should be safe now where if a player doesn't like the penalty called against him he can head butt the ref.

SuperBowl winning QB can't read a defense?
