SuperBowl winning QB can't read a defense?

Mahomes admitted he was working on learning to read defenses when you read that link story.

Man, you can see how these helmets  are changing the game.  Kelce could barely snap the ball.  This is a huge issue.   These helmets are going to affect the quality of play come November.   Total game changer here.

In an unimportant part of practice, some guy struggled throwing the football... but no big deal.     The lunch menu was pretty good they say.

Just more BS the NFLPA can use down the road to rape team woners(which is passed on to us fans) out of yet more loot. Bunion covers required in all footwear next

With these new helmets it should be safe now where if a player doesn't like the penalty called against him he can head butt the ref.

popped bubble wrap penalty-15 yards, loss of down

Kennedy Brooks explaining how to play RB - "So, there's big guys wearing the same shirt as you and no matter what, just get behind them at all times until no guys wearing different shirts are left."

He does though.... the weapons he had there, plus that OL.. we shall see this year how things go without Hill creating all that space.  Dude is absolutely a physical stud and can sling the ball, so he didn't need to be the smartest guy out there to succeed.  That RPO scheme was perfect for him with Hill and Kelce as the weapons.

Get to the area with different colors at the end of the field

Jalen Hurts signed a jersey for a young fan at camp today... just can't teach those intangibles.

Did he do it going left though?

Idk....did you read the report today about when he did roll left.  Another pick for the safety fighting with Wallace for a roster spot.

No problem. Just shows us how good the D will be this year. :towel::rolleyes:

Chachere the better ST. Think he’s getting pretty far ahead, of Wallace, for that fourth S spot.

I’m not very concerned about the early TC stuff from Hurts. He went and altered his mechanics a bit with House this summer. But it better start coming together come the season.

He will have to eventually have some success rolling left.   I'm not concerned about camp either...the concern is that it's year 3 and he hasn't yet ...camp or game shown he can roll left,  see the field and make a throw.

To bury ones hand in the sand to that fact doesn't help.

Sounds like our D has had back to back strong outings at TC early but it’s a promising sign none the less.

Thought he rolled left and made a few throws in the final game last season. One was a tight throw to Smitty for a TD.

Doesn’t really matter what Hurts is or isn’t right now he is the guy either going to play his way into a big contract extension next year or we are moving on.

Positive note Saints looking more and more likely they will suck so top pick for us either for a player to help the newly extended Hurts or to go get a new QB.

I like that we have made guys go down with the 2s and compete like Sanders and Reagor. They shouldn’t just be handed the starting jobs(though honestly believe Gains is going to be our top back this season and moving forward high hopes for him).

Wonder if the Eagles should look for a player for player swap for Reagor take a flier on another under achieving draft pick of another team. Guy like Ferrell maybe of the Raiders???? Could be some other options out there open for suggestions lol

maybe a change of scenery could help both players.

What was Tampa's strategy ...they took away the escape to the right. They didn't even respect his vision enough to cover half the field.   If you don't think it's an issue,  we can disagree.

Agreed at RB...  but at WR I don't see Reagor with the 2s as anything unexpected...unless we thought he was going to start 3rd string?  But with Paschal not practicing, 2nd string is where logically he should be.

My guess is probably 20 to 30 phone calls have been made about this already.

I’m sure FO would not be doing there job if they weren’t actively looking/listening for offers for players.

No not unexpected but Eagles have a tendency to stick with guys to long. Trying to make the pick make sense like it wasn’t just a bad pick.

So just seeing Reagor down with the 2s not trying to force him as the 3rd WR is nice to see
