Eagles also kept more LBs than expected. Not sure what that is all about.

We kept 8 LBs I believe but considering the 3 SAM LBs as they listed them are all like 34 OLBs they seem to be more like extra pass rushers.

Definitely will be interesting to see how we play D this year really want to see if we can successfully use multiple looks up front 34 43 etc.

Wondering what moves we see today I image we claim couple guys off the waiver wire. Also wonder who we let go to make room for them

Thinking this roster has a few more tweaks left. We still have Reagor and Dillard. 1 or both may be gone prior to 9/11. I am assuming that there are two teams interested in Reagor so Howie is trying to get no worse than a 5th, possibly a 4th for him. Dillard will probably command a 2nd at a minimum right now.....

Not sure on either of these trades. Not sure the Eagles would be willing to part with Reagor for something as low as a 5th especially consider he still has 2 years left on his rookie contract and is only 23.

Dillard is tough I think yes they would trade him for a 2nd but I don’t think he will command that on the market.  He is on his final year of his contract has limited playing time and is 27. Maybe if some teams lose LTs especially contenders it drives it up but right now a 3rd would be best case scenario.

Well, I doubt they let Dillard go for less than a 2 as he would be more valuable here for now as Mailata's back up. Maybe something comes up in the next few weeks that changes things.....

Thinking he may get us a 3rd round Comp Pick... LT's are a valuable commodity....

I don’t see it not unless Dillard gets some serious playing time this season and performs well.  I think Dillard can be a starting T but he just doesn’t have a ton of tape hard for me to image a team investing that highly in him.

image if he becomes a FA next offseason he will end up on a prove it contract before getting a bigger extension.

I watched the Browns PS game and Dillard was getting pushed around quite a lot.

If i noticed it i'm sure a pro scout did too.

He had 5 starts last year and he played OK in those games. one PS game where no one seemed to care won't make that much of an impression. Regular season holds much more weight....

True, but if you're getting pushed around by second teamers it doesn't look good when he has to go against first string players

Wondering if we could trade Reagor to a team heavy with YOUNG RB's. basher type, doesn't need to be a bellcow 3 down RB,but like Gainwell, nice to get a young basher in and get him ready. IDK what season holds for us,looks really good on paper,we just have to play the games and the potential we can all see. 3 RB's is unEagle like IMO

I was never a fan from the day we drafted him. he is another Reagor IMO. has talent but a lazy work ethic. Does the bare minumum to stay employed. Not the type guy I like.  Such as,Stoll, not a great talent, but he works at his craft and gets mad at himself when he doesnt hit a play. Those are the guys I want(yes they need the talent, but also the drive to get better) and Dillard just seems ultra lazy to me. Could be wrong, not there to see or focus on him,but as you said his game play lacks "intensity". maybe that is a better word instead of lazy

https://theeagleswire.usatoday.com/lists/philadelphia-eagles-nfl-roster-cuts-waivers-free-agent-additions-kellen-mond/ Lindsay would be nice just to "have around" like we did with Howard. Shew can also be traded and replaced with one of the listed QB's,although like our SB year,I think Shew sticks around to pull off "a Foles" if we get in the same situation

Carolina Cut Safety Justin Burris. He is a solid player.  Also Running Back Phillip Lindsey is available... A 1000 yard rusher of a year ago...

Pinnock interests me at S as a developmental. Lindsay as a RBBC rotational add and add PS QB

EAGLES PRACTICE SQUAD MEMBERS

WR Devon Allen

CB Mario Goodrich

C Cameron Tom

EAGLES WAIVER CLAIMS

QB Ian Book

No Rams, Seahawks or Commander Releases were claimed... Interesting.....

Who did we cut to claim Book???

Can’t if we claimed him off waivers I believe we have to put him on 53 could be wrong on that rule though
