My last is at 10. I guess my point about Carr is IMO he is every bit as good as Hurts and should be ranked as such,so yeah Im not harping on this again LOL,but my guess is I will use the "Carr late" strategy again tonight drafting 9th

It's not early compared to the other QBs... just your draft got them all earlier than most I've seen.

Yes I just think Hurts in 5/6 and Carr in 7 is a bit unfair.(CBS ADP). IDK how other sites have him ranked. I would try to add Carr as my BU if thats at all possible because he could be a sincere sleeper who you could take in and out depending on the weekly matchups .Nice picking at `1. My drafts were 2,8,9,9 this year. 4/5 is my favorite spot, but will see how it goes. Drafting at 9-12 is not as bad as it once was because there are more Quality players than 10 years ago. I would rank Carr near herbert in ability. like Hurts he has alot better team now than last year. I would be interested seeing your draft when its over My last one is at 10 pm

Carr is my favorite backup for sure.

Hurts went 8th round.to the guy picking in 10th spot... I took Carr first pick Round 9.  Wilson went as a backup right before. I was last to take QB...lol

Would it go to a safety?   That's a great question.

Thinking about the evolution of the game....remember all the hand signals... and then  all the crazy que cards with Chip....lol.

Headsets go out all the time. Or like the Giants with Sehorn admitting his interception they were listening in. They just thought it still was a heck of a play. Gotta be slick. Chip just tried to go so quick it was hard for a D adjust even with knowing the plays. I think he dictated to defenses for sure. They were just reading off us more than DC playcalling is what it came down to. Anything you do needs to be coded. The whole thing is successful coaches, you know the ones around for some years, they study so heavily and have your methods and plays pretty well mesmerized. They really need coding lessons from spy specialist….and high tech geek coding. It’s become such big business it’s just straight up corporate espionage going on. Seems like Lurie and Rosie are plenty familiar with this landscape. Feels like things are kept pretty tight. Leaks usually happen because they want them to. It’s cutthroat stuff! You never really hear any stories about it either.

Carr seems like money in the bank fantasy wise to me. Should be in plenty of high scoring games. So he shouldn’t have huge dud weeks. Guess I look at him as the consistent option…..with upside.

Crap….I missed Dillard fractured his forearm. Dang it!

I've listened to Peyton Manning talk about that stuff and how they would move on to another set of play calls if they suspected the other team was catching on, sometimes incorporated their old calls that now meant either nothing or something else just to catch D's w/ their pants down.

Should be fine as long as Mailata proves durable through the first half of the season. Just with COVID and concussion rules he could get caught for a week. Anyway, don’t want to be negative. Mailata is really what’s important. Looking for him to be our best player.

Yeah he had 4880 yards last year and Waller was out like 5 games and now Waller is back and they add Davante Adams? Adams goes in round 1, waller in 5 but the guy getting them those stats goes in 8?. CBS are not the best rankers,so I use my own system. Arod fell because he LOST Adams, but no boost for Carr(comical). Watch the last game they played last year vs LA. I think there was something like 7 TD's scored in 6 minutes or some crazy number. I watched it live. Went into OT,neither team refusing to lose. FUN football to watch

If you get bored, this was a beat em up game where you feel bad that one of them had to lose. Just click on the watch on you tube

Last draft. Got Carr in round 8 and Dak in round 9 lol

I’m really liking his potential. We’ll see how it translates…hard not to compare Jenkins in this move.

Skill set wise he is similar to Jenkins… do find this amusing though now in hindsight considering none of liked the Jenkins FA signing when it happened yet he turned out to be the best signing out of that FA crop of S that year.

I'm with you and Ham, Carr to me seems like he should be consistent with upside due to adding Adams.  Plus I think that division will be high scoring.

CBS is the worst website with rankings and updates.  Their graphics are better though...lol.

OK, Time for me to make my final Prediction for Eagles win total. Before the draft, I said I thought the total would be between 6-9 wins. Since they have filled in LB, CB, S, DT, WR spots. I have to admit I never thought that was possible. Still, the biggest ? is the QB. It seems every other position is solid. So, how many do we really think the Eagles will win if Hurts stinks this year? 9? 10? If he is average I can see 10 wins. If he plays better 11-12 is possible with our schedule. So I am going to pick 10 wins. It may be enough to win the division. The Detroit game is going to be tougher than most think. If Eagles win that game 11 wins is more likely. I am worried they do not take that game as serious as they should and go into Detroit and lay an egg. Lose by 2 points....

At this point my prediction for the team is 10-7… splitting the NFCE(3-3) NFCN(3-1) AFCS(2-2) then final 3 Steelers/Cards/Saints(2-1)

Now if Hurts is really bad(like has to regress which I don’t see as likely) probably lucky if we get 8 wins.

12-5.  I see 13 wins but I expect them to drop one that they shouldn't along the way.

Well Its the first game of the season when LV takes on the Chargers D(Thursday),so that should give some indication if there is any connection with Carr and Adams. I'm sure it will be a bit rough the first game, but I want to see how many times he throws to Adams. One of the keys for Carr is having Waller around all year. When he was out last year(5 games I believe) the offense sputtered, but they didn't have Adams either,so they will be an interesting team to watch

I got Carr in 8 last night and DAK in round 9. The rest of my team rocks since I waited. With those 2 I should be able to play the weekly matchups. I really hate having a Dullaz player on my roster,it sucks, but it's fantasy so........

Yeah I didn't check other sites as to where Carr was ranked. I will keep an eye on Trevor Lawrence as the season goes on as a possible BU addition after some bye weeks pass and I can add another QB to play the matchups. I usually add another D also(for the same reason) after some byes and there are guys I can drop

I'm going with 11 wins. We can snuff their running game(on paper) and I want to see the dang pass rush we lacked last year. I don't think we are in the position to take any game lightly. Starting off on the road will be good for the team. They could fall behind early. One thing I want to see from Siri is IN GAME adjustments. That was an area for me last year. Nowadays you can't wait for the 1/2 to adjust. You need to do it on the fly,so that's one thing Siri can improve on. It will also be interesting to see what the defensive sets are since we changed out alot of players
