Joe,as far as TB,they haven't had 2 WR's worth a damn since the season started. Arod's WR's nowhere near Adams, even those guys aren't magicians. I do feel this is it for Brady. If they play like they have they will be taking a QB in the next draft

My idea hasn't changed.  17 games and the playoffs... enjoy the season and make my judgments at the end.   I don't see the need to rush anything?  No mock drafts,  no free agency....no 2023 or beyond thinking until 2022 is done.

The reason is that we have so many key older players, and so many one year deals.  I need to see the whole picture before worrying about one or two moves.

Sure, but we need to decide if Hurts is the guy for the next 5 years. great defense isn't going to tell you that

Again...

1.  17 games plus playoffs, let it play out.

2. Might not need it, see Foles

3.  Countless contracts Howie has been able to get out from.  If Hurts gets a monster deal and isn't the guy, we have the GM to get out of it.

What I think too many people are locked in on... both the anti Hurts and pro Hurts crowd.   This assumption that the Saints trade was only for moving up for a QB next year.   Like we need to draft one unless it's 100% that Hurts is the guy.

I don't see it that way.  But again, I'm going to judge at the end.

I didn't mean that literally really, you know what I meant. The O has never had their backs against a wall and I would like to see how they respond that's all. And I bet I was not alone holding my breath on the 4th lol

I don't think we draft 1,at least not a round 1 guy. I believe Hurts will be signed. He plays well enough to win games that's all the FO cares about. I hope when we sign him as you said we have an out and not get tagged for huge dead money. I'm hoping Howie learned on that. siri looks like he is still learning, but he's getting better too. So right now I am with you in the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" category

As far as the draft we're in good shape. We should have decent picks and force teams to trade with us and maybe we can grab another round 1 the following year and keep that going until we DO need a new QB

I haven't been nervous or holding my breathe since the Saints playoff game.  Really just let's see what happens since then. 2019 was fun getting into the playoffs, 2020 was annoying all season, last year it as clear, we couldn't beat a decent team.  This year, nothing to be nervous about, Howie, Siri and Hurts need to prove to us how good they are.   If they fail its on them.  And really I'm looking at January as the next time I may be a little anxious, but probably  not either, really I feel they owe it to me and everyone else to prove it.  I'm not afraid if they fail. That's on them.

Very pleased with the last 2 drafts and off season acquisitions. really nothing to complain about there. Now we get a week off and the FO can take the whole week to discuss trades before the deadline. Much better than having a bye after 11/1

Right... they need to do the job for us.  Let's see what they do.

Still this is an easy schedule. After beating the Vikes(which was very impressive to me) really no reason to lose unless we beat ourselves. Hurts was pressured some, but he didn;t make bonehead throws trying to be a hero, that was nice to see

Ok out for the night-beat dem boyz and I'll take that every time(let the "Dak wasn't in begin) lol

So to me the QB goes to their instincts when the play breaks down.

Hurts I don't see ever making  bad decisions via the difficult throw.  He doesn't have the arm...it's not what he grew up doing.    His issue is running to soon.  Because his whole life if he had to run to make a play, he's been able to do it.

This is what I want to see come playoff time.  So far the QBs who have that instinct, haven't had success when they were put in that position.  Could be Siri can game plan to avoid that situation?  Who knows. I'm curious to see.

After I heard Boys' fans past few weeks, "I think they should get rid of Dak and keep Rush as the starter."

Now after losing to the Eagles, "Yeah, but Dak didn't play😭"  lol. I can already hear it coming tomorrow, actually today ugh

Good chance now to get the dings healed up

We took something from the Bellicheat playbook and took away a boyz strength - Parsons - with play action and running to the opposite side. Other teams will pick up on that, but only a few teams will be able to pull it off. Parsons will learn from it.

I am just glad we won. Period. I do not care if Prescott played or not. I only care about the win. we get a bye week so some can heal. Then we play Pittsburgh. Some would think it is a easy week, but those who know Tomlin, realize they will be tough. Let's get that out of the way, then we can move on.

One game at a time

Maybe I'm missing something. What I've seen of Davis is pretty good, yet only 22 snaps vs a heavy running team? He's fast and big enough to handle Zeke

I was thinking the same. When he was in they did not seem able to run the ball. Maybe it is my imagination!

I do know Lanes' b/u's have got to get better. Parsons feasted when he went out, couldn't slow him enough to put him in no mans land like we did in the 1st half.

Kudos for making Lawrence a non-factor

58 said No QB controversy,I said OH yes there is if you troll their boards. Could be fun trolling them today too. Could Dak have done better? IDK

Rushing Plays 26 39     They only had 26(we had 39) rushing plays and Davis was in on most of them

So he was in on 22/26 rushing plays

He was in on so many plays. I do know that he was not in on their 3rd QTR drive at all and they ran it allot. Also he was not in on most of the last drive when Elliott ran the ball.

I saw Cox and Hardgrave in there....
