I thought you were just joking the Browns and Bengals. You were actually just serious. Sorry I misunderstood.

LOL NP.I did a benefit DJ job for "homeless Halloween" and I wanted to watch the end of the world series. I did not know it got rained out. They still had the TV listing. So I DID watch the end of the Browns game. I'm sorry I wasted the electricity Sad. Burrow was nearly as pathetic as Carr

Some things are very simple. Sometimes when you see all these obvious things line up that could be what happened also. When we saw Russia line up all these tanks and weapons on the border of a Ukraine you could believe Russia that they weren’t up to anything…or you could assume the obvious.

Yes...and when we saw the Eagles target vet WRs in a trade it was obvious they were making contacts with teams about their availability.   But it's a conspiracy that they would offer market value and hypnotized Tennessee to not do it.   They sabotaged negotiations...lol

So you assume we’ll offer Hurts 55 mil per right off the bat? Couldn’t possibly be a long negotiation. Sometimes guys all the way through and even get tagged. Then get signed. Huge contracts especially. Tons of details. Not easy stuff. AJ was clearly one of their best players. Could put him behind Henry. But really he would be ahead because he’s the future.  Both of us immediately said great deal. Why is it we got a great deal? Tennessee is dumb? Every other team is dumb?

Again...  let's discuss which teams you think would have been in position to offer their 1st and 3rd round picks and pay the market value contract.... and also be a team Tennessee would trade with?

It's not hard to have a conversation and see how easily teams can be eliminated.   We can go through divisions.

AFC west... don't see a team that would fit, LA has 2 studs,  LV got Adams, Denver traded their assets for Rus.

AFC North ... Cincy no need, Cleveland got Cooper, Pitts don't ever spend,  Baltimore got rid of a WR

AFC East... Miami got Hill, Buffalo has two studs, Pats won't spend,  Jets...maybe but Douglas loves to draft.

AFC South,  Tennessee wouldn't do it

NFC East... Dallas got rid of WR, Washington no cap, Giants already paying WR, picks were too high.

NFC South, Tampa, no need, Saints no cap plus wanted rookie, Carolina and ATL... sure,  but they need way more to give up all that, plus picks to high.

NFC North,  Minnesota no need, GB don't spend, Chicago no pick, Detroit.. sure, picks were too high though.

NFC West... SF Deebo,  Rams Kupp and no picks, Seahawks 2 studs and need QB, AZ got Brown to go with Hopkins.

So do I think AJ was worth the picks and the contract from the Eagles.  Absolutely.  Everything was there to make the trade....picks, no rivalry with Tennessee,  need, cap space... all of it.

I don't think it was a steal at all... but good investment.   Great trade for Tennessee as well, they got immediate assets instead of losing AJ for nothing, and they saved cap space by making the trade.

By draft day they tried to negotiate for months, didn't get the deal done and were not going to pay market value.  When there is a draft right on the horizon and you can pick up immediate assets, that's great incentive to make a trade.  Everybody won on that trade.

There was a link to where it was a conversation with Deebo and AJ... with Deebo's mom making a video....they were having a discussion in the background.   They had mentioned where they were offering 20, knew he was worth more, but weren't going to pay.   Good insight from a player's conversation.

You can tell these WRs were in unison as far as getting their money this offseason.   It seems like $30 mil is coming for these guys.

I’m not even dealing with the rest of this post. But yeah, great trade for Titans. Trade your best player. What’s cap space and draft picks for….not a guy like AJ. Vikings need to trade Jefferson he wants even more than AJ. Makes sense for them to get draft picks and free up cap room. I’m sure Vikes will do the same for a first and third. How could they not?

The neighbor mentioned as we were out with the kids trick or treating, was a little surprised they canceled,  but should help the Phillies with their pitching.

Yes... great trade when you are going to lose for nothing when you choose not to pay.

The Vikings will have the choice to pay $30 mil... my guess is Jefferson will cost $35 mil per... or they could trade him, and he will cost about what we gave up for Brown.

Teams choose not to pay, it's why there is free agency.  Otherwise every player resigns.

Google is great,  you can find things in a matter of seconds.     Was interesting hearing an actual casual phone call between players that you didn't even know had a relationship.

Much different than years ago with rivalries, today it's such a business that they all look at each other as a way to raise the bar for each other's salaries.

Precious Martin on Instagram ( Deebo's mom)  Google it, pretty telling what went down.

Sometime today I want to hear JJ & dem boyz trade away some 1st rd picks for a mediocre player in the last yr of his contract.

Philly chics will carve you UPimage.png.a3c69c83da9e8735422d85658af4ba93.png

4 1/2 more hours. Wonder who pulls a deal at 3:59. Don't need a deadline but Carolina really needs to sign Dicker the Kicker

I'm thinking Hunt is holding out for more loot, and Howie's not moving

Reich fired his OC Marcus Brady. Looks like we'll face a slightly different O

Trade them Shew.he's better than what they have. Or Book LOL(He's still probably better than what they have)

Shew and a 5th for Jonathan Taylor lol

Wuss supposed to release CB William Jackson III if they can't trade him, they'll incur 21 mill dead $ - ouch

Burns at the trade deadline…not even before the season was two first round picks. But nobody would offer more than a first and third for AJ.

Why are we still talking about this trade at all? We got AJ Brown because Tennessee could not sign him and the Eagles offered the best deal. Simple! We needed to be sure he was signed so we got the deal done prior to the trade with Tennessee's permission. It happens all the time. Hurts came into play only in that AJ Brown knew he was here and probably wanted to play with him if possible. Hurts did not play any part in the deal as far as picks or money. Would AJ Brown gone to KC if they offered the same? Of course !

Please stop discussing this. It is worn out many times over. Let's move on like grown ups.

Small town here- pop.9700(more surrounding towns) Maybe 300 or so, had some fun, had some free raffles. Raised $672.00 from locals and small biz that will go to the food bank so they can have some type Thanksgiving dinner. Being there are many military bases around me, lots of old veterans(sadly). I'm working on a way to keep parlaying these so there is roll over,so there is always something. So offered to do it again for Thanksgiving, see if we can parlay that into Xmas stuff. Parlay Xmas into Easter and etc etc etc. Local ladies made fresh pumpkin pies(yummy),gave away extra produce they had even if they had no money to give. So it really went better than I thought. The world is sad and angry, but you know, there are still good people out there. I got some tips which I also donated

So now the Eagles play on "Amazon we're not rich enough, hold for ransom" Thursday. I hope we hold Davis out. We should have little trouble with Houston. Like to see a few "depth" guys get some time in. Like Sermon and maybe some "unknown" WR's. Maybe let Shew and Book take a few snaps

I'm pretty amazed though. With the holidays, I have won the Kenyan lottery 5 times this week alone!!! 🤣
