Right,AJ walked away, did it say he was going to Philly at that time? No,it merely told the league he was ready to move on. What can't you understand about this?

You said Titans gave final offer. But what this says really happened was AJ walked away from the negotiating table.

WTF????   Read something to the end before you comment.   2 writers debunking the idea that AJ wanted to leave and wanted $80 mil.   They both said AJ wasn't the problem and would have stayed if they went up to like $22, not needing incentives to get to $20.

" negotiations were going well, until the WR market exploded"  then both parties knew it wasn't going to get done.   Tennessee took the trade at that point.

This runs completely counter to what Brown told ESPN’s Turron Davenport.

"I would have stayed if they offered me $22 million,” Brown continued.     Guess this means nothing also

Because their offer wasn't high enough???????

Brown said the Titans' offer topped out at $16 million per season with incentives that would have driven the deal up to a $20 million average.    So you can't even comprehend things you post yourself??? Do you see those key words "topped out"? Why would he keep negotiating if they were "topped out" at 16? That was their final offer, which I stated

So we’ve been told at least two different versions of what actually happened. Hmmm…why not tell the truth? Why make stuff up? Couldn’t possibly be because the truth is against the rules. But anybody can clearly see none of these versions actually adds up. He demanded 80 mil guaranteed from Titans. Yeah…nobody was paying that. Over 25 mil per. Nobody paying that either. So let’s be a little more clear about what the Titans weren’t paying up on. We did give him a contract he could boast as 25 mil per year. On paper ….for the media. Actually 57 mil guaranteed. So it really doesn’t even sound like more than the Titans we’re talking about. Less than 20 mil per season.

What did you think of the sweater Deebo's step mom was wearing during that leaked phone call?

Why not read the players own words?(same in both versions) that they were TOPPED OUT at 16? TRUTH or am I lying? At any rate, you can stop the BS nonsense that "Hurts brought AJ here" and "bailed Howie out" Complete fiction and nonsense

When negotiating if your the GM you start low and then come up. They were at 20 mil and he walked away from the negotiating table. Saying he demanded 80 mil guaranteed. Sounds like we’ve heard two…three versions of what happened from AJ. What/where is the truth? He demanded 80 guaranteed or wouldn’t step foot on the field. Yet took 57 guaranteed from us. This version says counter what previous was stated AJ walked away from negotiations weeks ago. Two versions of that part. But No Mas states so clearly Titans just didn’t want to pay up. Now we hear 80 million guaranteed. Yeah, of coarse they weren’t paying that up. Neither did we. Where’s the truth in any of this? But you guys just believe AJ’s version. Which version is that? Can you clarify. Version one? Two? Three?

So you are a WR. Do you take 20(with incentives) or 25? Seems simple to me

with "incentives" and we have no clue what those were that were offered. Obvisously it wasn't enough? or the incentives were too far out to acheive?

So ... you go with AJ making final offer of $25... but don't think Tennessee made their final offer?

I'll ask another question.   Do you think SF or Washington would have accepted a trade that we gave Tennessee for one of those WRs they paid the guaranteed money and average per similar to AJ?   Notice they went shorter deal... the ones the players like because they can get another deal sooner.

I absolutely think Howie was making calls.

But you are reading articles on the 29th of April.  The one I talked about yesterday was from April 21... AFTER the leaked conversation... where the WRs...Deebo,Brown and McClaurin said they wanted new deals or would hold out...even Deebo demanded a trade.

The article went to say that the Titans are probably going to have to make a move by the draft.

I don't get why it's hard to comprehend?

yes "weeks ago" Did that give Howie time to call and say "hey you wanna play for us?" This deal did not happen on draft day??? it was just ANNOUNCED on draft day??? Thus the trade off to let NO have Olave?(you know since AJ was already going to be in place)

Dude... it wasn't the start of negotiations.   Why is it hard to comprehend??

Version one 16 mil. Version two …oh incentives to be 20. But Titans weren’t done. Clearly comes back and says counter to what AJ originally said…he walked away from negotiating. You can’t walk away from something that was already done. Meaning the Titans were negotiating. Who knows where their final contract would have ended up being? Nobody. He walked away and demanded 80 mil guaranteed and demanded a trade. Titans had no choice really. I don’t see 80 mil as reasonable or market value…like No Mas is insisting is the case. No Mas can educate us all and show me how the WR market is 80 mil guaranteed and I will consider changing my mind.

I guess Ham thinks the deal was done when pick 2 was chosen on draft day. And Hurts did all the leg work and bailed Howie out

Same version. Fact remains Tennesee wanted him on the cheap and he wasn't accepting that? What were the incentives. To hit 20 you need 5 TD's standing on your head?

We gave 57 guaranteed. I can endlessly show you Rosie contract that have tons if BS numbers never going to be seen(or paid). Can write up a contract that says 200 mil over four years where Player get actually gets 30 mil.

WTF does the version matter???? Tenn would only go so much, money incentives whatever they were. They set a LIMIT and it WASNT ENOUGH. WTH dont you understand???? His agent took the best deal for his client Hurts had NOTHING to do with it,so you can stop saying that now

80 mil guaranteed you mean? The article you gave changed the story to his demand was 80 mil or he won’t set foot on turf. You, them, us or anybody paying that? So what do you believe from all these different versions of AJ’s story?
