Because it's easy.... you only have 2 teams playing in a game....looking at the schedule...  we are the favorite in every one.  We only have to be better than who we play..

So team like Buffalo, KC, Tampa, SF, ...etc... don't matter.  

In realty we could be easily say as low as the 6th or 8th best team... yet still win the rest of the games.   You only play who you play.

Like I said...I like the consistency of this team. This year with this schedule it works.  We don't need elite level one week and then in the toilet the next.  Steady is good this year.

Yep, not like all those other QBs that do it all by themselves. Allen without Diggs was unstoppable. ARod was MVP with Adams. But not looking so good without. Amazing how you need other players to look good. Almost like it’s a team game or something..hmm…I might be on to something. Joe Montana threw to Jerry Rice. It was all the tools Montana had. Imagine needing a guy to catch the passes you throw.

And we gave Hurts no weapons? Any other team have a better all around offense than we have given Hurts???? They make Hurts look good???

Ehhh Montana was a couple before Rice.  

Takes a team...that's why I can't blame QB in the last few seasons.   Team wasn't good enough.

You can’t be plus 14 if Hurts is throwing interceptions all the time. You do understand it goes both ways right? Some how you’re missing the obvious point of when you have the lead it puts pressure on the opponent. Helps a tiny tiny bit when you put the pressure on them. When you pin your ears back knowing they going to throw. But our biggest weakness appears to me that if we get behind….teams going to run in us big time. Our d isn’t going to look nearly as good. But d has been doing a good job so far in my eyes. I see it as a team game..both are helping each other. Both looking good. It’s amazing when the D doesn’t let QBs complete 80 percent of their passes like last year how much better the O looks. Like they get the ball back and get in a rhythm. You ever notice these things?

I say no.   Take away the QBs on every team ... I like our other 10 the best.

You can look at weapons and pick other teams... Cincy... but look at their OL.

You can take teams with elite level OLs...do they have the weapons?

This isn't a shot at Hurts... I felt the same way in 2017.  And on top of that we have a good defense too.  I probably like the 2017 one better... but it's by far a negative.  I mean they shut down Minnesota.

Yep Tampa scary looking for us this year right now. But wow….we don’t play the best team every single week? You sure. As this ever happened before? Nothing but cupcakes in arguably the toughest division in the league. Watch out Dolphins!

Right... so why are you afraid to raise the bar to being the top seed.  You keep saying how good the team is...we have the 2 game lead and the favorable schedule...why not think we get the top seed?

Again... hard to have a conversation when you don't listen.    You make things up constantly putting words in people's mouthes. 

I said, we play who we play.  I expect wins and top seed. I've said this is an all around team. I've said they are consistent.   

Yet you have to find a way to make it negative????    

My regular season Goals were win the division…try and get a good seed. Think I’m sticking with all that.

Right that's what I am pointing out. I think our offense is very capable,but don't feel they are at the top of what they can do yet. The defense is giving them extra scoring chances,which so far we have capitalized on. As you said when we hit post season we will face teams that won't let us capitalize and we're going to need the offense to respond. Ham takes this as Hurts bashing which is silly. The D is giving him more opportunities to score which is great. IDK of any team that has overall better offensive players than we do and why my goal was 32 PPG which is a mere 1 TD more than last year.(yes I understand the clock burn strategy)

There is a difference there.

Going undefeated...ehh that's a " shot" a chance, not really probable.

It's very probable that we get the top seed.

I'm laughing at the first one, yeah there is no reason not to go 17-0. We may have a down game every team has them,but really no excuses losing more than 1 with this schedule

Like... win the division should be the goal before the season.  

Looking at the season halfway through.  Winning the division means being better than Dallas and NY.

So winning the division but not having the 1seed would mean that there are other teams in the NFC outside the division that would need to finish higher.

Which teams do you see doing that at this point.

Minnesota is closest and we have tiebreaker.  Do we think Minnesota finishes with better record than Dallas?  Seattle? 3 loses already.  Atlanta 4 losses.  

So in reality winning the division should mean the 1 seed.

But even losing 3... that should be top seed.
