Yes... so you can separate coach from QB in this instance.   You think Arod would have had better success with a different coach....and you think McCarthy probably kept his job that long because of Arod.  

He doesn’t hang with the team. He’s a distraction somewhat. He is Hollywood and drama too much. Loves all the attention.

Guys believe in AROd. No doubt there. They think he can do it. Whatever is needed.

But you stuck on talent and maybe missing those other crucial ingredients.

Again this is where you miss...   because you change the subject.  As usual to spin the discussion to make yourself look smart. 

You said... you find it difficult to separate QB from coaching.

 I pointed out a clear situation where everyone would agree the current 2 time MVP is one of the top QBs.... but yet most people agree ...as you put it...McCarthy is just not a good coach. 

My point...it's pretty easy to separate. 

Nothing to do with any flaws etc  No reading between the lines....no complicated next level thinking.  Simply something pretty much a 7 year old can see.

So I’m seeing Hurts much more an extension of our coaching.

You can crucify Rodgers all you want.. .  Dude is 2 time reiging MVP.  That's job performance.     Undeniable.

They can be separated.  That was the only point I was trying to make.

No need to spun everything in the world to try to make a point that eventually leads to why Jalen Hurts is the best thing ever.  Not everything revolves around Hurts.

Nope. I actually see very clear issues in ARod also. He’s missing key leadership traits. He’s kind of a distraction. He’s really not a team guy. Don’t even think he’s all about football.

Again.... that's another subject.   Not the point of separation of QB and coach.

But ARod I see missing very key ingredients. Stuff you give no credence to being important for team and leadership. Stuff I value greatly. I think ARod is very flawed.

I’m seeing Hurts as a very  young player that is very coachable. So he’s doing what Siri and Steichen want

I'm not asking if he is without flaws...I'm simply asking does he suck?   

That's the point.   One you can say he sucks. He other you can only bring up points to where he isn't the best....but it's obvious he doesn't suck.

Because winning it all...is the best out of 32.     Rodgers belongs in the discussion like Brees, Wilson, etc... because they are at the top level.    McCarthy nobody will see dissatisfied with him only winning one...because we all know he sucks.  Not at the top level.  

It's a different discussion 

On ARod side for McCarthy. On ARid side for the GM drafting a backup QB in the first round when they come up one play short of going to the SB.

But you gotta look at ARod personality. You gotta at some point realize there is more than arm talent.

ARod distances himself from his team. Makes himself the show.

Correct....he gets blame for not winning it all.  Being the best 1 out of 32.  Expectations were higher for him. He only can disappoint by not winning it all.    Because he is good.

He’s not really leading everybody. Not showing them to live football all year. Not showing them practice habits.

Absolutely think McCarthy has been in mostly expectations of winning it all. How can you say Dallas or his Packers had less expectations?

He is good on what is considered a top team.

Andy Reid can only disappoint if he only wins one SB.  People will give reasons for his flaws on that.

Rich Kotite didn't disappoint because nobody thought he was good.  

Nobody cares about Kotite's clock management or being too pass happy.
