My goal of paying them is for the team. Just care about what’s best for team goals.

So how long do you leave him in? If you're getting those STATS from those groups you don't NEED to pay anyone else

If I got the job done I get the money. Give a writer 100,000 ….one takes three years writing his book the other takes a week. Both books earn the same. You have a problem paying the one week writer?

Nothing to do with team goals. That’s why I’d pay the players. Not to suit up for the fans. Not to earn the paycheck that week by deliberately not seeking anything for the team goal.

Because I didn't contract you for 1 item with no time limit. WAY off the subject now. IDK how much injury risk there is as a writer,but in that scenario I am paying for your skills like they do in the NFL and you can't win a SB in a week

It took that to get him on this years squad. Now what can this years squad accomplish. 15-2 with no postseason victory. Or 12-5 winning the SB. Which one you taking?

GL signing him to another contract if he's not getting stats. He will go elsewhere because he WILL get them. Unless you want to pay 15 million for 300 yards and 2 TD's all year. Why do you think they get paid?

IDK does he want to play the game? I think we are all aware you sit guys the last week,not until if they want to play. if you want to deny them that,then I think as a coach you will lose them. so if we beat Dullaz you want to sit Hurts if he wants to play???

To me every injury that happens meaninglessly is bad. I want to minimize risk.

That's great if the players would give back the money for the games they didn't play in. See if the NFLPA would go along with that

Huge disconnect here? You don’t know if winning the SB is more important than regular season games. Wow! 

Like I said Chipper O put up extra stats and lost. I want winners….not stat ****s.

What stats would those be? Not enough to win I guess? who did we play? was the schedule as easy as this one? may factors here but more deflection. if you sign a contract to play 17 games,you should expect to play 17 games and you have accepted the risk for that

So you think it’s fine for that LB to not do the playcall and drop back in coverage? He should just go for the sack? Or the Dline guy to hold up against the run? Just got the sack to get paid? You want a team of individual stat hounds? I want guys who want to be a part of a winning team. Not some Primma Donna that goes to the worst team so he can dominate stats.
