I could see him being a backup here.

This has become a pretty big game for us against the Saints. We really screwing up if we lose this one.

Could be a swing of top ten pick to…18 is worst playoff team.

My opinion leans toward using Driscoll as well. Hoping it’s just for these last two regular season games.

The teams decision on Oline configuration will be telling on the expectations for Lane.

So here we are...  article last week about the Eagles season being boring due to the success and being 3 games ahead of the competition for the top seed....with pretty much all their games not being in doubt.

Now we have a game that means something.  Perfect script here.  A lot on the line....which is how sports should be played.   

Preseason football sucks bad enough.... but nothing worse than meaningless football this time of year.

I don’t see our season as boring at all. Plenty has been on the line with us just holding that two game lead for the division knowing we had the big game against the Cowboys looming.

Interesting time for Siri. He as a boatload of decisions to make. How do you shift the secondary? Who plays on the Oline. Do you call more screens over the right side because of Driscolls weakness compared to Lane's? Who starts at QB?  Olave is beat up. IDK if he will play. Their other WR's are either beat up also or lacking in skills,so that should help the secondary. Kamara can be stopped and we need to stop him. Saints have a terrible TO ratio and I would hope we use that to our advantage. Saint's don't have the offense Dullaz did. If we keep from turning the ball over,we should be able to do whatever we want. I'm hoping to see some 2/3 TE sets to help with blocking on the right side or doing "tap and go's" and let the TE's run some short outlet patterns. Shew played well last week, it was the TO's that killed us. Need to fight for those contested balls better. Gainwell out of the backfield should also be a useful weapon this week. I know Hurts is anxious to get back,but this is a good game for Shew to pony up. I think our receivers(including TE's and RB's) are just too much for them to handle. Shew has a pretty good quick release. Targets should be easy to find all over the field. I'm really not worried much about this one. Can't take it lightly, just do your jobs,but even with the subs in we should be fine if we avoid turnovers. I think the pass rush will get to Dalton. He's old and not a runner either. Other than Kamara I don't see alot of weaponry that tells me they can beat us. Could be the last time we see Shew and his final audition. If we get out big maybe we even see Book at the end. Be nice to know(as fans) if he can handle the #2 spot after this season ends.I know Shew is a BU but I would not start messing with the left side O line. We can't really afford for Shew to get blindsided and go out also. Why have 2 holes on your O line instead of 1. The BU's are just going to have to show us why we employ them and whomever the QB is needs to be ready to throw the ball away or use outlets if Driscoll can't hack it. Sometimes you can use over pursuit to your advantage

Which of these games you think you will remember 10 years from now? The games haven't had the drama like other memorable games of the past.  To his point,it's been a smooth season without much drama...except for maybe fans who like to look for it?

It coincides with making money.   That's the only reason why we are past the  Blue Bonnett Bowl being the lowest bowl game.

Yep that,Rose,Peach and Orange were the only 4. Then it became the ASTRO Blue Bonnet bowl. Even the names are getting longer on stadiums. They rebuilt my HS. it was Firestone High. Now it is "West Akron Firestone adult learning center" No it's dang HS. Can we just STOP with the BS???? When kids start there they aren't adults so it is misnamed too. Can't fix stupid
