LMAO,oh who told you Siri didn't think highly of him? Wentz's mom? Sanders having been in the league long before Siri got here had to convince him? Siri has only been a HC for 2 years?. How do you know what type RB Siri wants and if that's what he wanted why didn't Howie go get one? Siri didn't review film on us before he accepted the job? Had no clue who our players were?.Noone has a clue who Howie selects at pick 10???? Does Howie know he's not to take  the top RB in this class at 10? Did you send him a memo? If Siri wanted a bigger RB gainwell was a wasted pick. neither you nor I have a clue who we take at 10,but it can ONLY be the guy you like. Case closed, there are no other options available

Saw how Siri favored Gainwell instantly. He struggled so much though. Really didn’t want to utilize Sanders. Didn’t want to give Scott any credit. Both earned their roles. Gainwell kept making mistakes. But was clearly given every opportunity at first. Fell back to third string.

Sanders had the job... when did he " take it"   he was the highest draft pick and paid guy...it was his job as a lead man in a committee.  You don't pay a committee guy $7 mil.   Just bad business.

There wasn’t much of any committee this year. Sanders convinced Siri. It was Sanders and friends this year. Numbers clearly don’t state committee.

OK Ham pick ANOTHER TOP RB and plug him in,how about Mixon or Chubb? Missing the POINT entirely as usual. Would you trade the 10 pick for any of those? Caff? Sanders was fine as pick 53,but a top RB at 10 is just out of the question(and you have him for 5 years on rook pay). So tell me step by step what we do at RB this off season/draft since apparently you already know

We offered a third for McCaffrey. Should tell you plenty. Especially if we knew Niners were invol

Congrats to Miles Sanders for showing a little something this year.   3 more games I will be rooting for you as an Eagle.   Good luck and go make that coin elsewhere.     Maybe see you back here on the cheap in 3 years.

He didn’t hardly carry the ball in college behind Barkley. We really never overused him here either. We’ve saved him so he could remain here. Price is clearly a factor though.

It worked in 2017... when Howie studied the model while in exile.   You see a lot of similarities....including RB by committee

Then he used a second round pick for Sanders

Colts requested interview w/ Steichen

And it wasn't enough huh?

Positional value exists

Player value exists(hint: it's why draftable players are ranked)

I want to trade up for Carter

Yeah,I said "lead" RB not "elite",but someone should be better than the others and I just don't see Gainwell fitting that bill if we lost Sanders and Scott. I'm sure there will be FA's out there, just saying taking the top RB means you can check that box off for 4-5 years as the "lead".Fill in as needed like we did after drafting Sanders. But now it's time to maybe replace Sanders, then we can fill in like we did with him

3 Gainwells would be fine.

I'd like to see a power RB. Doesn't have to be the #1

Besides Hurts the playoffs depend on how healthy Lane is imho.

I've also been less than impressed w/ Slay lately, he's got to turn it on w/o fouling

Unfortunately TB suffering a lot of injuries. Would like to see dem boyz knocked out right away, we just beat the crap out of each other. Playoffs - heck, the whole season - is a war of attrition.

Mock update   1-10-Tyree Wilson-edge-Texas Tech    1-31(lol)- Siaki Ika-DT Baylor   2-62-Darnell Wright-ROT-Tennessee  3-94- Kyu Blu Kelly- CB-Stanford

Davis and Ika are both guys the need DT'd. You have both of them, the edge guys are free all game. Or you can cover 1 on 1 and get blown away in the middle. Pick your poison LOL. Those 2 and adding Wilson on the edge would create havoc for any O line. I can't think of 1 Oline that could handle this onslaught

If TB D is "on" Dak will get destroyed. He sucked last game

We don't have the draft ammo to trade up. 2-7's wont get you much OR you give away a next years pick. Plenty of nice picks without moving IN MY OPINION(I have to state this on every post now). I will look for a value RB snag, but think Howie will bring in at least 1 FA,even 2 is possible. I think, however, Scott will re-sign. He's a workable in the RBBC. Seems he likes his role here and he won't be out for big money,so I suspect he stays. Gains is OK,needs more work,coaching/training. I don't believe he has reached his ceiling. Other than Sanders, the rest are scraps and can easily be upgraded

That would save wear and tear on Hurts, but the question is,will Hurts use him? He has been using the RB's more than last years ball hogging,so that is progress

Yes, one that can pass block too.

???? He was on pace to break the single season record for rush attempts by a QB...   THIS YEAR!

Replay last week's game so we can beat the Saints to lower their pick...lol
