SO then why worry?. Still we have to think about 'what if" Sanders is not here. Howie's job is to check out ptential additions to make the eam batter. maybe this guys beats out RB 4? Who know, but Howie is doing the job he is paid to do

I didn’t worry…or anything. Called him TC body in fact

And that's what Howie is doing?

That’s the job. Exactly why I’m not completely set on anything. Put the whole thing together. Prefer cheap. At least good values. But am willing to slightly overpay a starter if it completes the team.

Welp he's playing the more top DB's now,so he will be covered better,so he needs to get used to us doing what WORKS. Some games that may not be him, such a damn whiner. How many rings do the Titans have since he started? Tell ya what, get open by 3-4 yards every damn play and we'll be happy to throw the ball to you!!! Now go do your job whiner. Siri said be blocked very well, why can't he be happy with praise? Entitled, selfish  BS if you ask me

He needs to realize the stud Gainwell needs the ball.

In reality....we all know it...the real games start now.   This is when he needs to step up... and get the ball.

Not a good look, but he will realize quickly that doesn't work in the town.  We move on.... if we upset a different player the next 2 games while winning by 30.. I'm ok with it.

Are they "great athletes" if they disrupt everyone else on the team? Make the coach look bad and question his play calling? Me me me??? Yeah I don't need/ want guys like that. I'm not game planning around AJ-period

Why I’ve been pointing out intangibles. Tried to explain to No Mas how we won our SB. It wasn’t just talent. That team galvanized together. Was so hungry and refused to lose.

Siri does need to show he can handle all personalities. Whatever it takes.

Yet you put words in my mouth and assume I want to tun him out of town lol.(where did I say this?)

Well what is it you’re saying about it then? Let’s just do it that way.

Clearly Siri came over to show him love. Understood the whole situation. Him deliberately turning his head away from coach is bad. Can’t show up the boss. Timing that they caught that on camera for the world to see was terrible.

Or the timing could be a blessing....making him look bad could be the exact best thing ASAP.   This way his head stays 100% focused on winning now.   He should strive to be the opposite of " me" now that it's out there.

WHat if thius kid is better than RB 4? You don't replace him? The object is to have the best players at every position,,isn't this your argument for having 3 pro bowl safties?? but this is different?

I never said anything about his limits or anything. I just said a guy not on any teams roster isn’t a move based on whether we are signing our pending FA starter or not

Isn't that a committee???? Is there a committee head usually? Just because someone is head of the committee makes it a non committee?

RBBC to me, means a shared workload. One clear starter getting rest with having backups sometimes …is just that. Not a committee.

Hurts, Kelce, BG and Lane…work their butts off. Coachable. Practice hard.

Jordan Mailata is tall...  just mentioning other obvious things incase we needed to be on record for agreeing.

Is there a point coming soon as to what this has to do with AJ?

What did we score vs the Gnats?

It's not about AJ....it's another opportunity to say something good about Hurts.

2 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Siri and Hurts will judge that. I think Siri has the balls to just bench him if need be.

I think it's no big deal... I think 90% of it was AJ annoyed at getting dinged up... then just being out there in a blowout and not really being needed.

You are winning by a ton and having to do physical work, and you get dinged.    It's different when it's getting dinged making needed catches.   I'm sure just a moment of being annoyed that has passed.   It's obvious to the world we aren't running for 260 yards vs the 49ers....he knows he needs to get open and male plays, and will get the ball.   Nobody is really talking about it except here.  I wouldn't worry.. enough to worry with the upcoming opponent.

Any contribition makes you part of the team???? Why have them then?

That's obvious lol

I didn’t say guys on our active roster weren’t part of the team. Just stating my opinion on what I’d describe as a RBBC. We’ve had it here plenty before. But not what we had this season.

I really liked that Gainwell asserted himself. I’ve been clearly voicing I’ve been unimpressed my him. But really thought he mopped up nicely on the giants that had been completely beaten down. Earned a roster spot.

Just very clear that the giants are so easy to run the ball on for  us. If anybody should be upset you’d think it’d be Quez. He got pushed back to WR4 this game because it was more about WR blocking than going deep.

His head isn’t on winning and team clearly.

IMO AJ got a bit banged up, the rest is a blind. Heck, just watched a vid of him making a cheesesteak, saying how much he loves it in Philly and how Slay is the funniest guy on the team.

It was right on national tv feed. Being talked about plenty. First Siri stated he was dealing with some injury. Then comes back and says also he wanted the ball more.

IDK I want to know how Ham knows Tannehill because I would like to add to my signed jersey collection. Since he has no leadership, I suppose I can get one cheap

Obviously recorded before this incident though. It was pretty good stuff though.

Think the cheesesteak more backs up his need to be a superstar and on tv

We didn’t have a committee. It was Sanders and friends

Sanders was an elite rusher this year. Second and third RB fir us weren’t committee. Breathers. Pass downs. In big blowouts they got their time.

RB by committee...snaps....you have it as rushing by committee.    Two different things.

How is five carries part of any committee?

Snaps.

Our leadership is strong. No idea what your just reaching out to be obnoxious has to do with anything. But whatever.

So coming in to block makes it a committee?

What I saw was Sanders completely took the job over this season. Wasn’t a committee.

Blount and Ajayi were part of a committee. Went with the hot hand. Had a third guy share the load also.
