Only watched a little of it. Cowpies another team mot using their players properly.

I hold on to squigley's are not meant to run up the gut w. a bad OL. Scott would do really well outside and short passes. You can gamble every now and then on him getting lost in the background as long as it's not obvious.

Drops are why we lost the last - and several - games. Drops and turnovers, lousy on 3rd downs. Yet we can still win the NFCE, part of me wishes we don't.

Best thing about a Sorry Season us watching this beat down ....go Cardinals.

LOL yeah you know some say "oh even if we win the division we are done". I can't say, if we get everyone back and gel who knows? When the playoffs begin everyone is 0-0,but man we need LB's in here

I lost my fantasy game by 4 points, because Murray never had to pass LMAO. He was 9/24 with 2 TD's,then they just pounded the rock.I figured Dullaz would put up a fight. I wouldn't take Dalton too lightly despite the game tonight,,just their timing is different than with Dak. They still have very lethal players,we cannot afford to sleep on them

Absolutely. If he can keep that mentality and improve on his technique and his football understanding then he could be a dominant player.

I’m on the record as saying this team needs to sell the older pieces.... But this is a team that just dropped 29 and 28 points against two top 10 Ds(Ravens being number 1) while decimated by injuries. Wentz getting sacked NFL high 25 times.... Rook mistakes Hightower has dropped a few potential Tds.

There is some promise on this team and my biggest thing now is growing the youth if we end up winning the East because it’s that terrible so be it

That is the general concensus from what I have been hearing BG. Most think it is long overdue to get rid of the Aging vets

Get younger get them experience and free up money. Seems like the only logical route to me.

Scott listed as the #1 RB injury replacement in Fantasy. Can he do it again?

I chuckle everytime I hear the Radio stating how Sanders is the bruising back and Scott is the smaller version. Scott is a whole 9 pounds lighter than Sanders! They are serious?

We agree on allot and this is no different. Way past due my friend!

Find out what we have for the future possibly and what we need to improve.

Right now biggest concerns should be DL(Sweat seems like he is it only guy showing promise) Hargrove seems alright but hasn’t been overly impressive for what we are paying.

LB- nothing we seem to have backups at best no real starter

CB- Slay that’s it and he is 29-30

S- McLeod but also 29-30 I’ve liked what I’ve seen from Wallace he might be alright but to early to really tell.

O is less of a concern to me WR think we will be alright Fulgham is a nice surprise, think Reagor will be good when he is good to play...Hightower needs time but still think he will be good. Ward is a good depth piece and JJaw though not living up to the 2nd round pick has been showing some value in limited snaps... Still have Watkins as well.

OL once we are healthy think we will be fine youngsters getting good reps Mailata and Herbig are showing real promise.

Biggest concerns on O might be backups at TE and RB.

This coming draft I’m expecting a super heavy D. I have not done a deep dive into it but hope we can snag 2-3 DL, LB and a CB.

No real order yet have to see when the draft is way closer. This is also based on Schwartz staying the DC new DC could change draft approach but for Schwartz the DL is the engine to make the D go

Still hoping Holyfield gets a chance think he could check off backup RB for us. Just needs a chance in my eyes could be that bigger thumper

I bring this up all the time lol Scott is just short not small.

One reason finishing poorly may actually help us We will finally get that bruising LB we have needed Since Seth Joyner..... I know all want to see us win this division, but why? So we can get kicked out in the first round and end up drafting 15th? When not winning the division almost guaranties we get a pick in the top 5-6.....

Not normally what I would want either, but we really need to grab some talent in this draft. We are getting rid of Peters, Graham, Jeffrey, Jackson and possibly Kelce. Maybe others I cannot think of at the moment. We need to infuse some solid youth without missing a beat. This would be huge to get Micah Parsons or at least one of the top 3 LB's. Grab D-line or CB in the 2nd and BPA in the 3rd... Then to have 2 decent 5th round picks along with a couple Compensation picks, we should be able to retool other areas for Depth, such as O-Line, RB and WR....

Honestly not concerned if we win the East just know the reality is that we likely will for no other reason then the rest of the East is terrible. I wouldn’t ask our young guys to tank think that just builds the wrong mindset.

Also just wouldn’t get my hopes up for a Lb even picking top 5-10 we haven’t taken a LB in round 1 since 79. I am not against a LB but just doesn’t seem likely more likely we take a linemen if we are picking that high

Understood, but I do not have to root for us to win it this year lol.... When I know how beat up we are and how badly we will probably look in round 1 of the play-offs is a reason not to want to see it happen. Anyway, It will be interesting to see what some teams do in next year's draft. Other than us, NE has 4 picks in the first 3 rounds and 3 4th round picks. You can bet they are eyeing a QB somewhere and they have the picks to move up a spot or two if needed...

Dallas needs a bunch on the defensive side of the ball. Washington is desperate for O-Line and CB's. Giants need a bunch too....

Yep, we have some young pieces, good time for a partial rebuild.

OK, JP back as a coach - his playing days are over after this yr, which may just be as G for the remainder.

DJax gone

We need OL, LB ( and someone who can coach them ). JP as OL coach?

Forget this yr - get picks and/or players for next, this yr is FUBAR, f'getaboutit. Even w/ some great trades, how far can we get? Sure. with guy getting healthy wecould win the NFCE, maybe another rd. Just to get a worse draft position? Get young, load up.

I'm not forgetting about it.We have ALOT or MOST of the pieces we need.We just need them all on the field at one time.We are still in division contention and when the playoffs start, everyone is 0-0,and to be frank,we played pretty well(when we decided to PLAY) against 2 possible playoff teams in LA and Baltimore and while, like most I foresee a purge of the aged players,if they all play, who knows? We were underdogs all through the '17 playoffs too remember? The young guys we have now are for the most part coming along. We need more young obviously, but I know this team won't tank for draft picks.Even with a crap record/asterisked division win,it's still nice to hang that banner here instead of in Dallas

Well Stine as you know(by now),I have my heart set on Parson's.If we have to pick at 15,there is still another guy I like-Surratt from NC.Let's not forget too that while we dont have a 4th and one pick in 1,2,3,we also have boatload of 6's.In my mock scenario we picked 9th,but I traded back with the Fins who have really come on this year. That gave me pick 14 in round 1 and picks 9 and 14 in round 2.I kept all the round 6 picks for BU's,but I could see us using 2,3 of them to move up for whomever.IDK if Schwartz would ruin parsons though(ugh). Those 2-5's and 4-6's I see as tools, spend a 5th and 2 6's to move into 4.That would leave 5,6,6,7 to get a few BU's/WIP's. My choices at 1,2 are parsons/Surrat then Jaylon Twyman-DL from Pitt. I am looking at RB's and WR's in round 3. IDK how it will go.I think maybe Herbig will take over for Kelce? I hope we're training SOMEONE

Stine-Since I'm not good at this stuff,if we lost all those players would we get a few comp picks? I like Croom, think he has potential.Although I love Ertz,he doesn't seem happy here and frankly his numbers are down

GBFL, Assuming Ertz gets a deal around 8-10 mil per year. That should land us a 3rd round compensation.
Graham may get us a 4th rounder as I would think he is still worth 6 mil min.... I highly doubt Jackson or Jeffrey gets us anything lower than a 6th and most likely a 7th rounder...

Shame as I was sure we could have used Ertz to move up in the second round to the beginning plus get us another 3rd or 4th rounder which would have helped us a bunch this year....

I take that back. Ertz will have to earn over 12 mil per year for 3 years to get us a 3rd rounder, so we most likely will get a 4th for him. Not sure about Graham. He may get a huge contract or not..... Maybe a 5th rounder?

Joemas is probably the best person to ask about this stuff GB.... I am still learning myself.... I am not sure how many FA's we signed which will come into play also....

I suppose the key guy here is Ertz.IDK if he is unhappy here or just frustrated(like everyone else). It seems he has a tough time without Goedert in there? I hope we try Croom a little more to

see what we have.If he pans out,I would be fine with Goedert/Croom combo. If anything,I think we could use the leverage for Ertz.Although we have many "excuses" right now he is not performing for his pay rate

Ertz wanted a new contract. Not getting one clearly is affecting his play. We need to sign Goeddert and he is going to demand a decent contract. So we cannot afford to pay what Ertz is worth. Would he take less? I think I heard he already rejected one offer. Clearly here is an example of where a player out performs his stay. We want him, but cannot afford him and Goeddert whom is much younger and can block...

Hmm,in that case,I would rather do a player for player trade.A 4th won't net us alot.I would trade him for a decent CB,but then I wonder if Schwartz will ruin him like he does many of them.lDK if this is Schwartz's fault or the fault of the CB coaching staff. If it's the staff,Schwartz better make a move or his job will come into question>this team is so injury riddled ALL the time,it's hard for me to point a finger at anyone, but I will start with the S&C team. They need to go away

We fired the S&C Coaches last season. Clearly they have not had the time to work with this year's roster, so really cannot hold them responsible. I do hold players responsible though. You learn from a 8 year old how to stretch before a work out. Not rocket science. Yet do we ever see anyone stretching before a game?
