You can throw some spirited jeers at the other fans. But just really destroys the sport for some of the things that happen. Hey, if a guy gets drunk and starts stuff? Ok

This needs to change. These crazy soccer brawls you see in the stands in Europe and Latin America. Terrible! I hope this can be fixed somehow. Obviously technology makes it so they aren’t getting away with it anymore.

Minnesota fans when they came for the playoffs our Super season….terrible! Absolute black eye on that incredible season.

I remember going to some of the rougher area schools. They’d throw beer bottles and stuff at the bus coming in. Just ghetto a22 mentality. No room for that stuff.

Game needs to take place on the field. Fans do have a role. They can effect things for sure. Seen it massively at times. Sometimes your home crowd fans can actually hurt themselves. Like when Sweat got injured. Whole stadium got uneasy and tense. Had to make the players on both sides dial back their usual recklessness. Or even when the opponent does well or home team messes up badly….home crowd can really hurt. Makes the swing feel amplified. I take the role of fan serious. Gotta go the whole game loud against the opponent…and rooting on your squad.

It's horrible deal.. you take the full 13 mil away from the cap ... you don't get him long term.   Then the price only goes up.  We should have learned from Dak situation where the tag killed Dallas cap.

Tag is a tool. What if CGJ wants to leave they believe?

Clearing 13 mil just for  Ceedy Duce is a really tough and limiting move. Completely acknowledge that. But I’m a rolling cap any money saved is saved. CGJ is arguably at peak market value right now, correct? So there is actually a fair chance his value drops after next season.

  • Author

So many ways and things that could happen to get CGJ price down after one more season. The really hard part would be for him to raise his value actually.

Cap strapped so hard is the real issue. GM of the year….only created a one year window each time he’s gotten us there.

  • Author

That’s been what I try to show and explain. If he cleared the cap first….then we could keep rolling on our contending window for years.

Could resign most needed pending FA. But then maybe the option to add that final crucial piece. Watched it with Niners and Cowboys way back. Get these elite teams. But you add a piece like Neon Deion on a side it really gets you over the hump.

2017 we went straight down each year after(however you calculate the years versus seasons).

  • Author

Seems fairly obvious we aren’t going up after this season either.

So it seems like most here think of Rosie as brilliant. He has his strengths for sure. But hes had job security. So he hasn’t had to win each season or lose his job.

  • Author

So it’s great he put together this team. Remarkable how things worked out. But why not clear cap first?

That’s why I complained about trading away our first round pick this season. To me the team isn’t improving the next two seasons. So this was our best shot. Rookie QB contract. To me winning the Lombardi is everything. So giving away that pick just lost us a piece to this year’s squad. We need everything now!

  • Author

Like we just don’t need that one more first round talent to try and make this happen?

  • Author

We much more need an extra first round next year? More important that we don’t drop off to far after this super season? I wanted everything we could get this year. Next year feels like a try for  bronze type thing.

  • Author

I actually was wanting to not only to not trade a first this season. I was considering using 2023 first to trade and also add to this team.

Which being 32 or 31 we would have likely gained on that deal.

How about the players experience? Both CB's are rookies

Exactly the bind we have them in. They have to take their chances there.

That's where Hurts shines and what they can't stop if they play it that way

That’s the chances they will take I expect. Can’t let us run all over them for two hundred yards.

That’s the easiest way for our success I believe. That keeps Mahomes off the field. Let’s us control the game some. I’d love to control the clock this game. A shootout is their best chance I believe.

Embarrassing. I did see Poison live. Lots of pyro and graffiti coming down

Saw them this past summer with the Motley Crew, Def Leppard and Joan Jett tour... they were the most enjoyable part of the show, lots of energy.

So I’d consider using clock in the first half even. Shorten the game.
