As I see it if we do our jobs all that's left is to stop their quick passing game.

Pretty much comes down to that old fashioned fundamental…..TACKLE!

Still the X factor with Mahomes on the off script plays

I remember going to some of the rougher area schools. They’d throw beer bottles and stuff at the bus coming in. Just ghetto a22 mentality. No room for that stuff.

So you're going to be the one who tells their a** there is no room for this stuff?

But season MVP it should have just been announced: to close to call. Earn it on the biggest stage head to head. SB MVP is likely…but if somebody else earns that I’m not totally going to discard that.

Mahomes got 48 out of 50 first place votes...wasn't really close.  Which to me is great going into tomorrow's game.

Cap strapped so hard is the real issue. GM of the year….only created a one year window each time he’s gotten us there.

So tell me who is the next "dynasty" this decade? next tell me how many SB's have been one back to back in the last 2 decades. If you see a damn window you TAKE it. That is betteer than being a perennial .500

That’s why I complained about trading away our first round pick this season. To me the team isn’t improving the next two seasons. So this was our best shot. Rookie QB contract. To me winning the Lombardi is everything. So giving away that pick just lost us a piece to this year’s squad. We need everything now!

Yeah, time to trade Hurts,so we can get another QB on rook salary

That’s the chances they will take I expect. Can’t let us run all over them for two hundred yards.

If they can stop us I expect to do just that

Saw them this past summer with the Motley Crew, Def Leppard and Joan Jett tour... they were the most enjoyable part of the show, lots of energy.

That's a terrific line-up

Exactly the bind we have them in. They have to take their chances there.

So it's not just the coaches, nor the play calls, the quality of the players matter. It's a tough spot to put a rookie,in the SB,where you can still make rookie mistakes. I'm counting on the experience of our WR's to get them to commit a few of those

AR and Spags can’t let us just run though. Worst scenario for them. Us keeping Mahomes off the field is huge for this game.

Stop us. Alot of football is forcing your will on your opponent,we see this all the time. Whichever teams gets their will to stick will control the game if the other team can't adjust. Play clean(no stupid penalties),tackle well, fundamentals. The rest will sort itself out. These are 2 high powered offenses.it's going to be hard to keep either of them off the field, but I like our chances alot better. Take Chris Jones out of the picture, cover Kelce and that limits them on both sides. My "X factor" is Hurts. If he is "on" and is passing accuracy is at least "as good" as Mahomes we win. We know Mahomes has a bigger gun,but with these defenses, the windows will be small no matter the distance.. That being said, I think we see AJ on a play where he leaves the CB looking for his jock 5 yards back. Smith also a stellar route runner, they need to be worried about us in the air as well as on the ground. If you want to take those 2 away, then you deal with Goedert and Quez as well as our catching RB's out of the back field(I expect a nice game from that useless guy Gainwell LOL). So they literally have to "pick their poison". Seriously, on my first possession I would consider a deep ball on first down, before their D knows what hit them. Most would expect a run to settle the players down. Don't care how much experience you have, you still get butterflies in the SB,so use that at attack the CB's right off. We know we are better when we play with a lead,so lets get that first

Maybe it’s not going to be fair to blame his shoulder injury. But I don’t think we can judge poorly against him but so much if he misses a few throws

Load the " Hurts excuse tape"

Just feel they have a big experience advantage on us.

With 2 rookie CB starters? 1 is hard enough but BOTH? AJ and Smith are not more experienced than they are? Bombs away

They’ve been battling for a SB for several years now

So????? Every team battles for a SB every year? That's why they play?

I'm having fun though listening to the already defeated  SF 9ers whiners. maybe they should add that to their moniker. new helmet logo SF9W

Not many have actually. Chiefs been in or one step away from the big game every year. You want to compare the Texans with them …no idea how you are?

Sadly I won't be on the board for the game (I can hear all your cheering from here). I will be at Sports bar on the road to victory. Getting my daughter to wear an Eagles jersey was nothing short of miraculous LOL

So we're going to deny them again. Week 1 every team has SB aspirations?

Sure I would. Not going to listen to me though. That stuff is disgusting. No place for it.

Then your point is???? Not happening, this society is already in the crapper. Tell Philly they need to stop stealing cars while you are at it,no place for that either

So this is a major factor. If we fall short. Hurts arm isn’t on. I’ll be looking back at these decisions. I questioned them then.

Right... can't blame Hurts.   I was saying you have been setting up for months the excuses ... every excuse except for Hurts himself not playing well due to only himself.   Mahomes with the ankle... he gutted it out.  Hurts shoulder fine to play.   Move on.

And enough with the trading away of the draft pick.  It was not all on 3 weeks before getting AJ.  Then adding Bradberry.. then CGJ better than any rookie safety.... then adding Suh and Joseph.

3 weeks before draft it was not all in.   Maybe in your mind.  And if so.. CGJ better than Dax Hill.   Plus we got pick 10 and a 2nd rounder...  enough with that trade ..  might be best trade in recent Eagles history.

Sux our GM can't manage the cap like Dallas.   Worst GM in franchise history.  I miss Banner.   But Banner's issue was bad coaching I guess.
