So we're going to deny them again. Week 1 every team has SB aspirations?

Do you just try and contradict everything I say?

Right... can't blame Hurts.   I was saying you have been setting up for months the excuses ... every excuse except for Hurts himself not playing well due to only himself.   Mahomes with the ankle... he gutted it out.  Hurts shoulder fine to play.   Move on.

And enough with the trading away of the draft pick.  It was not all on 3 weeks before getting AJ.  Then adding Bradberry.. then CGJ better than any rookie safety.... then adding Suh and Joseph.

3 weeks before draft it was not all in.   Maybe in your mind.  And if so.. CGJ better than Dax Hill.   Plus we got pick 10 and a 2nd rounder...  enough with that trade ..  might be best trade in recent Eagles history.

You can blame Hurts still for certain things. Decision making is a big one.

But why have I been making excuses for Hurts? Guy was second for MVP. We couldn’t win without him. Nonsense I needed to make any excuses for his stellar play.

Sure, if it's weird LOL. Don't really care if a teams "been there" once, or 50 times. You either win the big one or you don't.

But I readily am admitting right before the game. His shoulder isn’t healed. Could have been. So I’m watching how this works out. If he throws to a guy triple covered? That’s on him. But if he has trouble with touch….or is off by two feet on some throws it’s understandable. I’ve felt we need him healed and playing hot…too level to win this one.

So is it this or his stellar play as stated in the other post? Playing both sides again LOL

You really see the Texans and Jets trying to win a SB every year? C’mon man!

Mahomes is hurt worse??? At this point a few aspirin will take Hurts pain away LOL,you keep making it sound like he arm was ripped from the socket. If I were you,if you want to worry I would worry about Lane, yet no mention of him eh?

His throwing shoulder is hurt. It should had those five weeks to heal. But didn’t. It matters. Now we have to see how much a factor it is for him. Not like any QB is perfect anyway. Hurts isn’t the most accurate passer ever. But I can’t judge him based on not having a perfect throw with a messed up throwing shoulder. Just logic. I we don’t notice. But you could in that last game. Just don’t know. We do know he’ll give everything he’s got!

Isn't that the aspiration in training camp???

So you are ready to nail Hurts to the cross for missing sone throws or not having proper touch in this game? You going to completely judge all his throws to define him here?

OH well by all means sit him, because we need him healthy next season

Whatever you say. Bears, Texans and Jets talk all year about how they are trying to get that Lombardi.

And that is due to a little shoulder discomfort only???? I like the fact his misses have been overthrows and not short cause those get picked, does that sound like QB growth to you?(it does to me)

Needed him to sit at the end of the season. Could had five weeks to heal. Probably dies the trick. Instead he got forced out there before it healed. So now it isn’t healed. Just facts. He isn’t resting for  the SB. Sad he had to play week 18 versus giants backups for us to win.

That's the goal at the beginning of the season isn't it?

Whatever…I just stayed my opinion on the situation. Been consistent the whole time. Didn’t like Hurts having to play then. Now we will see how big the consequences are

yes, his arm was ripped from the socket, dragged a few miles and we duct taped him together LOL

Does it matter what you like? isn't that the FO,coaches and med staffs call? He looked fine 2 weeks ago????: but the 2 weeks rest somehow made his shoulder worse? LMAO

Actually KC needs to be concerned with Mahomes mobility. I expect to take full advantage of it

Right.  As for now...I'm not worried about blaming anyone.

They have opportunity to be the champion.   GM, coach,  QB, supporting cast,  defense... all have done the job.  If They lose to the MVP, Andy and Spags... no shame.  Just missed opportunity.

I'd like to see us get some athletes that are 2 time champs.  I'm too young to remember the old Flyers teams that went back to back.

I'm PSYCHED!!!!

Grade two SC sprain. He needed the five weeks…then it would have healed. But we couldn’t give him that.

  • A professional therapist can determine how bad the injury is and advise on when it is OK to return to sport.    Better call the med staff, they need your expertise in a BAD BAD way!
