New bromance? LOL

Gannon to Cards.

I wonder who Howie and Lurie hire for Siri.

Kelces' mom said he isn't ready to hang em up just yet. I'd like to hear it from him though

Still would be nice to get Lanes replacement in and trained. Paris could also serve as the RG/BU in the meantime. Between Kelce and Lane.IDK 2 better guys to learn from

It was the Punt that did us in.

The drop for a walk in 7 didn't hurt more?

The penalty where ....if there was a TD pass instead... hurt us the most.

We give up 7, at least there is a chance to tie.  The penalty call ended the game.  Nothing was more impactful than that play...whether it's a legit call or not, it's that play that ended the game.

Hard to know. Hurts gave up the lead with that drop

No more shoulda, woulda, coulda for me. If Andy hadn't out-schooled them in the 2nd half the Birds would be SB Champs.

Simple

We would also be without the refs bogus call at the end that they let go all game long. But yeah it's in the books

KC most likely would've scored a TD. Which means Eagles would've needed a TD to tie with limited time. We don't know if that could've been accomplished. May've had a chance for pick 6 or something before KC scored if not for the Holding. Who knows

I'm not delusional in thinking it was an uphill climb.  I'm not even upset as an Eagles fan about the penalty.   My point,  it ended the game.  There was no way to stop the clock before a kick shorter than an extra point won the game.

As a sports fan that stinks.  Football has that flaw in the rules with that penalty.  In basketball you foul, you get the free throws,  not the free throws and the ball back.   In soccer and hockey there are penalty shots.

With this... it's a situation where the penalty was worse than giving up the touchdown.    It's just odd and a bad way to decide a championship... and really, this was the best game of the season.... an season that was full of alot of garbage football.

Yeah, same here. When I heard the official call I thought that's it. There won't be any clock left and that's the part that hurts the most cause you'll never know.

Sure the guy that threw for over 300 yards and ran for 70 more scoring  four times, he was the issue, right?

So you are basically in the camp of the GM wasn’t really the GM of the year considering we lost the big game to the guy he fired.

That's just silly. How many years has AR been gone and besides AR had to go considering his bad memories with the Novacare complex

And I went back to burning the timeout instead of taking the 5 yards before the FG that was dead center

??????

Who was your GM of the year?  Can't be Cincy since they went backwards... SF was same but worse showing in Championship game.  KC ...QB did better with worse weapons.  Buffalo was worse.    Eagles jumped 5 games in regular season, went from 7th to top seed...and advanced 3 rounds further... with a bunch of different pro bowl players added.

Who else you give it to?

10 seasons in KC.    24 years of coaching... only Tom Brady has had less competition within the division.

No. Not Howie. Gannon and maybe Siri were schooled by Andy.

Eagles' secondary was lost most of the 2nd half.

"I pulled on his jersey. They called it. I was hoping they would let it ride," Bradberry said, via CBS Sports NFL Insider Josina Anderson.

Watching it live and watching it over and over, I still cannot believe they called that a penalty. Just a horrible ending to the season. Refs decided the outcome and not the players.

Well said. The penalty was on 3rd down, so the Chiefs would have kicked a FG and the Eagles would have had a chance. Maybe they go 4 and out and game over. But let the players decide the outcome. If Bradbury had tackled him or gave him a hug, then fine, throw the flag. Watching it in real time, it’s an absolute joke they called a penalty there.

I was alway, and still am, a big Andy Reid fan. He outcoached Siri in this game. The Chiefs were unstoppable in the 2nd half. It does help to have Patrick Mahomes. As a former jockey, we used to say a fast horse makes everybody look good….jockey, trainer, groom, owner, etc, etc. Mahomes is the fast horse. He is the incontrovertible MVP and best QB the game has ever seen.

So…..a friend said, Eagles will be back next hear or soon. I hate to say it but I’m not so sure. They gotta pay Hurts. Limits their ability to shore up the rest of the team. They have to fill their gaps in their DLine…. Maybe Cox and Graham and other return…maybe not. Does the best Center in football retire? And what are the odds the team remains THIS healthy EVER again, let alone next year? Do the rookies from this year progress significantly? Dean couldn’t beat out White or Edwards. Davis saw very limited playing time. Best rookie was a free agent signing named Blankenship. Need to hit big on the two first rounders this year.

Getting to the Super Bowl is just dang tough….unless you have Mahomes. Chiefs won the game with a stockpile of rookies. Unreal!
