Nothing should stop within the NFL until my Eagles get their comp picks for losing coaches and front office people just like these other teams are getting.

I'm not in love with all the rules, but if they are there,  I want to use them to help my team.

No,you gotta be WOKE now. Kaeperdick ruined sports for everyone(and started all the BS in sports) and he can suck my arse. Sports used to be a place to get AWAY from the BS. Sorry, but when they do crap like this in time it WILL make me racist(but that's what they want to divide us all and they are succeeding)

Every NFL team’s most improved player in 2022 - PFF
Philadelphia Eagles: DI Milton Williams. 2021 PFF Grade: 49.6, 2022 PFF Grade: 89.8. Improvement: 27.2. In just his second NFL season, Williams flashed potential as a rotational player on the Eagles’ defensive line. Stout against the run, he finished the season with a 73.5 PFF run-defense grade and didn’t miss any tackles.

They’ve had meetings and meetings. Noticed and declared there is a clear problem racially with these jobs. Just staying it didn’t change anything. So they then forced interviewing processes to include a minority. None of that worked. So they are trying to incentivize grooming guys into the positions. Seems fairly wise way to go about it.

BS. IDK of anyone who is denying anyone the right to learn. Don't care what color or non color you are,you should succeed by your expertise not your skin color. So if you are going to follow through Ham,then I want 55% white guys on every roster(you know to be racially consistent). My doctor is black, my last doctor was Indian, should I not go to them??? How did they possibly make it???? I'm not refusing to go to them because of their color,I am going to them because of their EXPERTISE. I assume their medical degrees were just as difficult to attain as white guys??? IMO this is demeaning to people of color telling them can't possibly succeed without bending the rules and I call BS. I have friends of all races and they are as ticked off as I am because it DEMEANS them

WOW thanks for posting. Nice to know we have some rather late pick guys that can still play

Where are our comp picks?

https://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/team/coaches-roster/ I hope every single one of there were hired because they were the best candidates for the job. Just pathetic they hand out prizes to teams who choose theirs because of their color. And yes I would still feel the same it it was the Eagles. I don't want this org to use race to acquire picks,I want them to hire the best people for the job. So now catch 22,if you find the best person and they are a person of color I would refuse the comp pick because that is demeaning to the new hire and I think it's WRONG that other teams have accepted them. New hires should feel they were hired because they are the best person(and I did not say MAN,I know some great women coaches(of color and non color)

BTW I am watching the Rocky marathon on BBC lol

We only asked for an interview,no "look" to it yet at all. I'm sure we interview others(or I hope we do)

4 Free Agents Named ‘Players To Watch’ For Philadelphia Eagles

They suggested that Richie James, a wide receiver from the New York Giants, defensive lineman Daron Payne, Tony Pollard and  cornerback CJ Goodwin could be a fit.

If Dullaz loses Pollard they are dumber than 5 boxes of rocks and I'm sure he would want what Sanders will want,so I think he's out.

Why would we sign other team’s top FA?

We lost Reggie White to FA. I don’t think Pollard qualifies as remotely in that realm.

According to Matt Lombardo, the Cowboys will ask Elliott to make a massive pay cut this offseason. If he refuses, Dallas will release him and move forward with Pollard as its featured running back.

There is a significant financial incentive to release Elliott. If he is designated a pre-June 1 release, Dallas creates $4.86 million in cap room. Declaring him a post-1 June cut would b

So Pollard isn't as good as Sanders? Reggie white has what to do with this?

Elliott has already himself suggested he’d need to do something…and was willing.

LOL so how much is "massive" Did he accept an offer already?

Dumber than five boxes of rocks? Like it’s the biggest athlete loss of all time….or something. Is Pollard better than CGJ? Bradberry? Edwards? Fletch? Hargrave? Or let’s just go back to my point about the original FA Reggie White. Pollard isn’t anywhere near all that level of player. He’s pretty good…about it.

For me to try and discuss this all with you….it would take pages and pages of you figuring out which season it is first.

SO what's the difference if we pay Pollard or Sanders? We're talking about RB's WTH do the people you listed have to do with RB?

It's the season we let Sanders walk or have you been absent the last 4 weeks?

So you're Dullas, you can let Zeke walk and save 10 million and pay Pollard his first nice contract or let Pollard walk, make your call(seems fairly obvious to me since Pollard was arguably the better back) or you can pull a Dullas and pay them both

Forgive me,I didn't know these were possible RB's for us
