It was weird how Siri and Steichen love blocking WR and TE so much. I like them a little for certain things. But we had a pass catching potential position with pretty much a blocker most plays. I don’t think we’ve done that in a real long time.

Sure but  RB can be the BPA just as well as a TE. If you choose not to take the BPA at RB that is a team decision,doesn't mean because you don't want him he's not the BPA

With the way our team is built and our new run first approach have to wonder if we could be looking at taking a RB in the 1st round. 
 

I know around the deadline there was a lot of talk about us having interest in some pretty big name RBs in the league Kamara and CMC.
 

So could we look to land a blue chip RB at a fraction of the cost through the draft?

If we can't find a cheap fill in FA I think we'd have to. I have seen mocks where we take the top RB and also ones that show us taking Gibbs at 30. We may do both. Have also seen some where we take Spears with the 94 pick

If we can't or don't want to re-sign Scott,then we'd need to do both I would think. Basically we'd only have Gains. Limited loot will hurt us
