Once again...they had him...they see him.   They don't think he is that good. Why  hard to understand?   I get yout theory about their OL...but they see the whole practice, every game etc.   If they thought it was the OL and not him... they would give him $6 mil.   They have the most cap space in the league... paying the guys they did so far is a drop in the bucket for them.   They just didn't want Montgomery...not hard to see. I don't blame them either.

Don't care about him. What's important NOW is to get a GOOD one. They can do that with Robinson. Why pay Eckler to be behind a crap line? They are already spending on the O line(for Fields) Along with that draft your RB of the future, now you have an offense especially after adding Moore

I typed Richardson,it's Robinson. I needed to correct it before some people jumped on the error

Because the rookie RB already makes the big money when drafted early.   That money is pretty much what Eckler would get...  vs if you look at Hargrave or McGlinchey ...etc.    You can't see where drafting the rookie linemen saves WAY more $$$   like not even close!

IDK maybe the Gnats go this year(that's Barkley) I don't control what other players they take

Welp we'll see soon enough. if Eckler works for rook scale he should be in Philly already

yes I had to correct it before the police(you) showed up. Now I can get off the hook like Carter

1st round rookie ...early in the round is not cheap.    Let's say $7 mil.   Compare $7 mil to the RB position or either line.  You follow?

Eagles paying $5.4 mil for their 4 RBs...  Scott, Sermon, Penny and Gainwell.

The top 51 cutoff has the guys at 52-55 = $3.48 mil.    Basically the RBs are costing the Eagles less than 2 million.

That's why Eckler isn't an Eagle... it's why Sanders isn't an Eagle.

Pick 13(where he is expected to go) is 3 mil

I don't think we are done at RB. Penny-injury risk,Sermon,have no idea,Scott mediocre, Gains-upside

Neither do i... we should get a UDFA or possibly another cheap vet after the draft.

You look at the whole contract?

I would opt for both. Scott only on a 1 year,Sermon may go away (IDK) I still like my underrated RB( Chris Brooks)

Right....a couple more cheap options.  Really not concerned about it at all...not a difference making position.   We need to hit our draft picks and any signings on the line and the other positions.

Also why we don’t have a starting quality RB on the roster

https://overthecap.com/draft  Here click on Bears-it will show you pick 9 and it's value for rooks

Gains looked very good at years end. Penny won't be as overused as he was in Seattle

BTW Seattle lost 2 RB's could be a home for Sanders lol

Alot have us taking Gibbs at 30,but IDK

I'll wager you the Eagles have more team rushing yards than the team that Miles Sanders plays for in 2023.

2700 yards in 2021....without a starting quality RB.  The team is what matters, not one RB.

Yes..the year 1 value.   The cap hot goes up each of the next 4 years.  The 5th year option is a huge jump.

So here is my mock at the moment 1-10-Wilson-edge   1-3o-Kancey- DT  2-62- Bergeron-OT 3-94- Riley Moss-CB  7-Chris Brooks-RB  7-Brandon Hill-S
