Carter weighed nine more pounds at his Pro Day than the combine. Didn’t work out I don’t believe either. 

Be one thing if he was standing on his testing numbers from the combine. But he didn’t test there either.

Not really Brissett is a proven starter and a good bench mark likely not making outrageous money either…. If Howell is the future then he should be pushing Brissett for the starting role if he isn’t go with Brissett.

To me you’d want to play Howell. But very unlikely he’s a better option currently than Brissett. 

Losing Slay is tough would have liked to seen us keep the trio of Maddox/Slay/Bradberry another year…. Though Slay was set to be like 26m against the cap a believe so if we couldn’t get a new deal work almost had to let him go
