O’Cyrus is a player I think that will be plenty successful. But read through this scouting on him. Although I like him….he isn’t a fit for Stout’s usual preferred line. Not really an athletic guy. More blocking mauler utilizing mass and strength.

Eagles sending guys to South Dakota’s States pro day.

Be crazy to have both our TE out of South Dakota state

Would you? 2023 First Round Pick(10th overall) and 2024 Third Round Pick

For: Ravens 2023 First Round Pick (22nd Overall), 2023 Third Round Pick (and 86th Overall) and 2023 Fifth Round Pick (157th Overall)

Let’s think about this you want to give up a top 10 pick for what a  3rd on top of losing a pick in 2024.

for a guy that doesn’t value this draft and the depth in it why would you then want to sacrifice picks in a future draft? On top of losing a top 10 draft pick?

just makes zero sense and a massive L for the Eagles in my opinion on all fronts

Use Google... it's a great tool.   " Raiders Jalen Carter"

You see 5 articles saying that the Raiders are saying the one... uno... 1...single article by the one journalist is BS.

Gives a ballpark. Tough to get next year’s first out of that trade. Adds to the depth of this year’s class. While giving up next year’s third. Expecting a third round compensatory pick from Hargrave. Kind of offsets it a little. Plus the extra Saints Second round Pick.

But seems kind of weak to me also overall in a trade deal.

Again you stated you don’t like the depth of this draft so why give up the pick? As for getting a future high pick it all comes down to how bad someone wants a player. Is there a QB available at 10 that a QB needy is willing to give up over asking price?

But at the end of the day the deal to give up a top 10 pick even if that pick is #10 has to be significant definitely more then the trade chart is saying

I ran a few mocks on different sites. I traded back the 30 pick TWICE and got a boatload of picks THIS draft and still got some nice players. But I kept the 10 for whatever that's worth. I think we need that top 10 stud-JMO. Of course you can find studs in round 1 most places, but for me it would be tough to give up the 10 unless it's a really sweet deal. If they like say Van Ness we could even maybe trade back the 10 to 12 or so and still get him.Round 1 is interesting because not only do you have your own big board, you need to know what the other teams boards "probably" look like,so you know if you can trade back a bit. of course you could get screwed, but Howie should know what the other teams will try to do in round 1 and who needs what

Uhhh. From 23 to 10, you better get next years first

What did the Bears trade the Giants for Fields?    That seems even less of a move from 23 to 10???

Well that’s the mission then. Let’s see what Rosie actually pulls off here.

The Bears went from 20 to 11... they threw in a 5th... plus a 1st and a 4th the following year.

No shot do I just take pick 86... then I also have to give up  3rd rounder to get a 5th???      Brutal trade from the perspective of having pick #10.

I would think trading up from like 14 to 10 would cost a third.

I'll pass.

That's 14 and 76 from New England.     If that is the trade the Eagles make... it better be when they are on the clock.   That's bad giving up that position before the draft. At least you can justify that your initial targets are taken and the next 5 guys are all the same...if you do it while on the clock.

I'm not too worried... for me, listening to the Kelce/ Howie interview gave good insight as far as Howie 's mindset with constantly being in touch with other GMs.  Regardless of the moves that are made, Howie was clear on his philosophy of never letting an opportunity  pass bye because he was out of the loop.

Sent the VP of scouting to look at Tucker Kraft-TE

IDK I would hate to lose the 10 unless it's too good to pass up. At 10 I think we find a replacement for Cox or an OT who can start at G then take over for Lane. Doubt we can replace 2 pro bowlers in 1 draft. an Ness at 10 and Dawand Jones at 30 would be pretty close. IDK how far back you could trade and get anyone close to those 2. Could also take OT/G at 10 and edge at 30. Will be interesting to see whom is on the clock at 10. We usually have a pick of someone we never heard of

. He would be a mid rounds pick(maybe a 4th) ,but we don't have that(yet) unless they are planning a trade back to get that pick.I think Kraft would be good here, but really we didn't give Calcaterra may snaps. Stoll is ok as a BU,so IDK what they think about Calc being the 2. I mean if Kraft can replace him, that's fine, but we never saw what Calc can do IMO

Really JMO,I see no reason to take a G when we can draft a T that can play G for now. IDK that Torrence can play OT. If you draft an OT that can play G right away,it's like getting 2 for 1(BOGO)
