Rosie is a control freak with a huge ego. Kind of comes with the job…actually. But Stout he can’t be that way with. Stout can walk to anywhere. Rosie gotta beg him to stay practically. I mean Stout could back into Rosie’s car in the parking lot and drive off hit and run style. I don’t think Rosie could fire him.

AH we have located Slay's car jacker LOL. I thought Slay was leaving because he hated the fans here

Christian Barmore the Big DT that went to NE.  We had a need at DT...instead taking Dickerson the injured C to back up Kelce.

That was the narrative 2 years ago.

My feeling at the time,  it was an obvious BPA selection due to the fact it didn't seem to be a need.  I feel the same with Jurgens.

Also, I trust Stout when it comes to OL.   Obviously to anyone who took the time to watch the very informative interview with Kelce and Howie... ( which to me is better for us fans to get an inside perspective than any typical media press conference)  ..Howie obviously leans on Stout to make OL picks and seems to almost worship the guy.

I'm a fan of that type of interview with Kelce and Howie, was like 3 guys drinking at a bar talking shop without any filters or reasons to give the old AR/ McNabb standard " gotta work hard"  and say nothing type stuff.

IMO that's when you have a real team, when you can draft without needs(well we have them every year but you get my drift). That is how you start pipelines that keep the players coming year after year with the correct picks. I would have NP picking up more WR's in a trade back scenario. Other than the 3 starters, the room is pretty weak

Right..you get it but then always end up talking about how the roster looks now... lol

Rosie take a DB early….that would be definite BPA.

Howie likes this team to win in the trenches. I can't argue that strategy. If we have a devastating pass rush a top notch secondary is not even needed, just be "adequate" That's how he has worked for many years, but of course when you see the chance to go "all in" you get the best you can afford to bring in and that's what he did

I view it this way, you get the most number of plays from your D line. Your secondary may have to perform 10-12 times a game. The D line is every snap,so for me(and Howie) that is more bang for the buck

I can do both LOL. I am narcisstically talented 🤣

The roster is weak at WR if 2 went down(that is now AND the future) You can solve both with some nice additions

I think though we need to cut bait with some guys, like Zech who is just wasting a roster spot

Why do we have Tyrie Cleveland? Just guys like that to me need cleaned out

1-10-Van Ness-edge   1-30- Dawand Jones-OT/G- OSU 2-62-Julius Brents-CB-Kansas st.  3-94-AT Perry- WR- Wake 7-219-DTR-QB-Ucla 7-248-pick who you want

The Perry WR is an interesting prospect for sure.

BTW if you feel this is accurate then we definitely trade back at least the 30 pick. Maybe the 10 to 12-15(JMO)

I'd be shocked if we pick 10th and 30th.

No clue who Zech is????

Yeah he is tall like a TE but faster. Think he would create a nice mis-match. He is a bit lanky, could use a little weight IMO,but he had good hands

McPherson .That's why he needs cut LOL. He was a 4th round CB who is just hanging around

Me too,but that's all I can work with at the moment. My thoughts are a minor trade back and take Van Ness. How far back we can go I can't say

Ok...can't we wait until August to cut guys?

I never said I wanted to keep him from driving, you made that up on your own lol. His saving grace was that he had no alcohol content in him,but this is the type kid you want here? I personally do not. We can win without him. I don't need interviews to see trouble down the road. Just like Manziel a loser from the get go. And how can you not overrate someone who has fanned since he left college? Like I said if we take him, I will stop being a fan because I thought this team was better than that and promoted people with solid character not flighty BSers. His "I'm a star" college days are over, not he has to prove it all over again(that he belongs in the NFL) and so far he is 0-2. JMP and you can have yours, but I stand firm. I don't want quitters, nor guys ho make demands because their time is SOOOOOO valuable. You know where I stand,I'm done talking about this BS. We take him,I will become a Panthers fan overnight-book it and BTW he took a plea deal so there were worse things he could have been charged with, now Im done

Maybe you should look over the Panthers roster before you go that far. This is football. Professional. Always love great character guys. But we need talented football players first. I’m not even sure I know what you are burying this kid all about really. Georgia staff you could argue coerced this college kid into driving recklessly. Not sure most everybody haven’t done a shady thing or two driving…like passing in the emergency lane…or whatever. Dumb ass scouting coordinator or whatever is to blame. Driving all crazy in a SUV like that is completely reckless…with passengers. The grown up should have been preaching the opposite behavior. Not racing his athletes. Are you killing him for racing? Or that he didn’t stop the coach from wrecking? Or that he wasn’t an EMT saving everybody with his first profession of being a Dr before launching his college football career? I might just be missing part of the story here. Can you just as briefly as possible describe why he’s a total POS. Just trying to understand where you are even coming from.

Slays car is much nicer than a KIA. That guy with his car stolen didn’t decide to stay here. Went to the top quality environment city of Detroit….don’t even have to lock your car there. Don’t think Ceedy Duce could afford the ultimate new wheels he thought he would afford. Turns out he isn’t as fantastic as he believes. 6.5 mil still a nice chunk of change. Good average S money. Rosie made him offers….he walked away from them. Could have drove if it wasn’t for that dang Philly Jacker. Maybe he can get up with Eminem to lay a track on his new label…Why Doesn’t Everybody See I’m the Greatest? Can’t imagine Rosie didn’t offer more than 6.5 mil. He’s a mouthy punk really. So not worth leadership money. Honestly I had his offer from the Saints as a slot corner at more than 6.5. Figured around 8. Screw Ceedy Duce. Don’t want to be an Eagles? Don’t need him. Bradberry hungry to play here. Good outcome!

Or not have so much dead money piled up and future money already spent to buy more players. But Rosie did fairly well this offseason.

Dline rotates. Secondary doesn’t so much. So DBs out there every play. They have to get involved on runs also. Running full speeds against the world class speed athletes. But I just don’t buy your argument on this one. You can have your opinions. Dline I do value very heavily. If a DB is struggling…gives QBs confidence….which is everything in this league. They’ll just Chuck it up on that guy if the rush bears down. But Gannon freaking let underneath passing almost undefended too much. Especially saw it versus good QBs. Dline can’t get there before a quick slant type plays. Seen elite players effect games from pretty much any position. Fred Warner for the Niners. Seen shutdown corners make a QB not even look that way. S can move around and be that Swiss Army knife disguise type players. DT disrupting a pocket screws up any O play. Seems like the slot corner has huge effects. Very underrated guys. Since Robinson for our SB team. Maddox we were a different team while healthy. I believe he was more key than CGJ. We don’t value LB. Off ball that is. Seen plenty of guys excel in different schemes there. Our leaky run d up the middle is always the biggest issue. Can’t let teams do that all over you. So this is the long version of …just get me some good players.
